We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff are all friendly and extremely professional and attentive. Bed was incredibly comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the breakfast buffet incredible! We were delighted to meet the owner/manager Dr Caroline von Kretschmann and be able to listen to her philosophy and history of the hotel. What a personal touch! The attention to detail was amazing - every room a fresh flower, hallways with fresh flowers. Beautiful antiques mixed with modern comforts. And I loved that they had a cute little rubber duckie in the bathroom 😃

The hotel is located close to the center where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable, stuff was very friendly and helpful . would definitely go back for a second time

The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is very well taken care of. There is love in every detail from the fresh flowers and chocolates in the rooms to the delicious food in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed dining in the garden restaurant very much, which a lovely setting! The location was excellent and all the staff very well trained, as well as very friendly and helpful! We would love to return should we visit Heidelberg again!
