Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe room doesn’t have any space for bags, but there are hangers and other small compartments. There is also a storage box which is handy - but it’s outside. We paid extra for the hot tub and it was worth it, but be prepared to heat it yourself and wait at least 1.5 hours for it to warm up.
The camping was very peaceful and the facilities are great - there is a place to start a fire, sauna and hot tub, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bistro. The staff are really friendly and check in was easy. Shared bathrooms are clean and showers have soap. Our cabin was small but the sheets were clean and the mattress quite comfortable!

NetherlandsThere are no photos on Booking.com showing the inside of the huts, and I was expecting a larger space. However, it's actually more of a sleeping place.. The information leaflet didn’t mention anything about internet availability at the huts, so at first I assumed there was no connection. The Wi-Fi near the reception was good, but at hut number 23, the connection frequently dropped.
The huts were simple and clean, and it was convenient to wash and dry clothes. The location was great, and the staff were very friendly.

CanadaThe kitchen equipment was lacking smaller pots and pans. It only had big pots for cooking but nothing to fry things.

NetherlandsWe expected to sleep in a bit bigger log cabin. This is a lot smaller, but quite adequate for a night in fair weather. The toilet is a bit up the road and at night there is enough lighting to get there.

BelgiumNo real possibility to lock some luggage except in the cabine itself. And since it's basically your matrass with 4 walls around this doesn't give much space. There is room underneath the cabin and the seats, but you can't lock these.
The cabine was well equipped with power, wifi and a heater. Also possible to open some 'windows' with mosquito nets to let some fresh air in. The proposed food and drinks were tasteful and at a very fair price. All facilities were clean and self explanatory. Good kitchen with an own part in the fridge, clean showers and bathroom.

NetherlandsThe female washroom only has 2 toilet and 3 showers. So when it gets busy, you need to line up to use the toilet. One of the room that combines shower and toilet, the shower is next to another toilet space. The water from the shower room will flow onto the floor of the toilet next to it. When hikers come in with hiking shoes and step on the water, it will be very muddy and wet. It's really inconvenient for users. And the cleaning response time is a bit slow. The kitchen sink will flood and the dish soap doesn't clean much grease off.
Staff is very nice and helpful. Bistro is nice. The sauna service is very great. We enjoy it very much.

NetherlandsNothing really. There was not a lot of parking space but that's also fine.
I had never been glamping before but it was so comfortable. The rooms/huts were designed well and comfortable. Of course because it is a camping you can hear some kids but I didn't mind. The food was also really good, I really enjoyed being able to sit at the café but also make a little fire. I was really pleased!

NetherlandsIt is a bit remote. I went to cycle and had beautiful rides. But to get out of Ernzen to Luxemburg by road bike was not easy. Either a (beautiful) detour 10+ km or a short bad road. Has nothing to do with the camping ground, because that was great.
Clean, comfortable private area. In touch with its nature surroundings. Kind multilingual staff.

BelgiumFood is all vegetarian or vegan.
The cosy cabins have the most comfortable beds and sheets, it's very nice waking up in nature with open doors. The bistro offers good, bio and local products at fair prices. There's a sauna and hottub to relax in the evening!
