Not their fault, but there were group of people or couple not sure,on the 1st floor monday morning at 6. Shouting and yelling at each other. Banging doors for an hour. Ffs! Those barbarics should be banned at all hotels. No social manners at all."quiet hours" signage would've prevented this..

Room was decent and massive. Looks fancy actually. 15 min walk to koln hbf! Close to shops and restos.

There was someone else's hair on the bedding. And when we asked it to repladed with clean sheets, no one ever did. Even though we stayed for 4 nights.

On the first night, I stayed in a small room which didn't have heating. The heating and the aircondition machine didn't work both and the temperature of the room was approx. 14 degrees. The staff brought me a small electric heating device to warm the room and an extra duvet.

The people working are very kind and nice. Thankfully the second day I was transferred to another room which was way better (warmer, cleaner, bigger and much more comfortable). The location for me was very conveniet since I was there for work.

We are almost positive we had a rodent problem. We had an earbud go missing in the middle of the night and the location finder for it located it in the wall. We noticed a hole near the radiator.

Location was good for walking to local spots and Christmas Markets.

There is no room cleaning during your stay (not sure if this was just us), and the bedsheets have a bit of an old laundry odor. That's pretty much it as far as complaints go, though, so I think it's very fair for the price point.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The location of this hotel is also just unbeatable, there's lots of stuff to do in very near vicinity. Especially during the wintertime, there were three large christmas markets within walking distance. We hardly heard any noise during our stay, the hotel was very pleasantly quiet even despite the clubs next-door. The furniture in our room was very nice as well, and the bathroom rather spacious. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was supposed to be a 10/10, but last night a receptionist didn't seem to be very willing to work. I asked for two simple favors and he said it wasn't possible and he also didn't say good night. But in terms of the stay and the room, it was very good. I liked everything except for one employee.

First impression when come in - hole in the bed sheet. As well communication with the staf wasn't nice. Overall it seemed to be way too expensive of what you get.

Location is good, city center and all shopping options are in walkable distance. Room was spacious enough. Bed and pillows were super soft (if you like it like that). Its located on the busy street, but sound wasnt disturbing. Restaurants and coffee shops just near by.

WiFi was extremely bad. The window in 101 did not close all the way so the party people in the area (and there are a lot of them, having some clubs in the neighborhood) kept me awake at 4 and even 6 AM.

The hotel is currently being renovated to install air conditioning, and the rooms are given to guests without being properly cleaned. They were not cleaned at all during my stay. The staff is unprepared and every person gives a different answer to the same question. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Air condition did not work at all. Reported that to the stuff who said "I will report that to technician", knowing nothing would actuall happen. Also, in another room air condition was working, but dripping water on the floor. It seems they have overall maintenance issue.

There is no A/C!!!! The room was super hot and if you opened the windows for the night the noise from the street below was too much (again, great location…but the people from clubs/bars/restaurants right in front of the hotel were shouting till the early morning and that keeps you you from sleeping)

For 210€ a night you should change the toilet paper roll The key/light box doesn’t work properly and the light keeps going off.

Fridge didn't work, found trash under the beds, had to ask staff for toilet paper, shower was leaking, wifi didn't work, NO AIR CONDITION, staff was very unpleasant (don't speak english).

We arrived 30 min after out check in time, our room was not ready, the hotel was kind of chaotic, the guy from the reception told us to go up, we arrive there the cleaner were stating to clean our room, they workers were yelling on each other . No one apologize to us. We only got access to our room 15:45 and they had to bring the towels and toilet paper later. Also is a night club Area (I didn't know that), there was a lot of noise coming from the street at night, until 5 am. It was hard to sleep, they could have given some ears plugs. or let us know in advance to get one.

1 room hadn’t been cleaned. It was a 20 minute walk to the centre Across the road from a very loud nightclub which was still going at 6 in the morning on Sunday. The double glazing reduced the noise to a bearable level.

Cleanliness was terrible. Just checked in the room and floor was covered in someones hair, also some other trashes were on floor. I was not sure if bed lining was changed as I found some fibers from clothes in wraped sheet. Shower had urine smell and had broken hooks. Also I have payed for two guests, but towels were left for one guest. On the other side of street there is huge night club so Friday and Saturday nights were not possible to sleep till 7am. Police sounds, people screaming and fighting verry loudly - unfortunately no noise cancelation. For such environment and cleanliness standarts it should be way cheaper in my opinion. Despite that - temperature were ok, beds were comfy enough for short stay, location verry good, but noise and cleanliness - terrible.

Reception administration were verry helpful, fast and professional. Location is central - walkable distance to metro, and to main city square.

The lady at the reception desk was quite bitchy during check-in. Very noisy at night in front of the hotel. The pillow was not of the best quality. A stay of one or two nights here is enough.

Avoid this place on weekends because it's sort of a love hotel, and it's gonna be noisy all the night. Also the street is very loud and noisy throughout the night.

Towels had make-up stains, it was really noisy at all hours of the night and we asked the front desk to refill our soap twice and they didnt.
