We didnt take breakfast although facilities were good - They told us that it was booking .com who included and charged for the breakfast - that was wasted on us. The room was great we would have preferred a balcony

Nice small town. Spa and massage was super! Beautiful park around the hotel and an ok breakfast, very classic and basic. Rooms somehow dated and decoration old fashioned. Bar staff nice!

Dangerously broken sofa bed points to housekeeping staff either too overloaded or underpaid to care. The breakfast buffet is still as good as it was last time, unfortunately the only decent coffee maker is now reserved for conferences and you get instant cappuccino.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice location with green views of the park. Spacious suite, good breakfast buffet.

Balcony area was in disrepair - paint peeling off and gaffer tape covering a hole in room 427 and a disappointing view of the car park. Also not nice to allow smoking on balconies as it was very unpleasant to sit out there when neighbours smoked. Please get rid of the ash trays and ban smoking or allow guests to choose a room in a no smoking location. Shower was extremely tight to get into with the very small gap. Shower spray tended to go too far and wet the floor. Drain hole in the shower was very large and in the centre of where you needed to stand under the shower head, making it awkward to stand in the right place. I would replace the shower with a better design God knows how anyone overweight would get in there. Full length mirror was placed in the darkest park of the room. Move it and place a socket next to it for hair straighteners etc. Mirror in bedroom part was far too high - I couldn't see in it. Two twin beds pushed together to make a double - replace with a double bed please. Also furniture seemed old as one cabinet clearly held a tv, but now not big enough. Would be helpful to have an iron and ironing board.

Great size bedroom. Hotel lovely inside with lots of facilities including spa and swimming pool. Quiet location on the edge of town. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Handy to have a fridge in the room.

Somehow the room was always warm. We had to sleep with opened windows which was nice initially but would get noisy and too bright in the morning. Would have preferred air-conditioning as an option. An added nice to have if the parking rate was covered as part of the room rate.

The central location surrounded by the Kurpark could not be any better! The breakfast was exceptional (for the price) - not just from the variety of choices, but the atmosphere being able to dine in such a beautiful building - definitely recommended. It happened that the Frühlingsmarkt was on and that brought even more life to the place. The main reception entrance in the hotel is also tastefully decorated. The overall room is comfortable with coffee/tea and complimentary water provided. Even double sinks in the bathroom so both persons can use at the same time.

The restaurant and bar are quite expensive.

The location was ideal and the view of the park from my window was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool and spa were also quite lovely. Very good breakfast as well.
