The Wifi was worse than I expected, especially in the evening when there were regular interruptions. Good enough to check info on a website, not good enough to comfortably watch Netflix or similar.

    - the swimming pool with water slide was a success with the kids - thanks to the popular and well-liked kid's club, parents enjoyed one day of sauna - it's great to have a pedestrian-only (+go-kart) only area in the holiday village, our kids (4&7) loved running around without parents - wonderful location for bicycle tours and lake-swimming. bring anti-mosquito spray!

in the meals there was too much pork, pork was also served to kids and was also cooked with vegetables. sometimes it was the only meet available.

They thought of everything for kids in this Hotel and this is what I loved the most. the kids loved it and the stuff was lovely and helpful.

Staff could smile a bit more. I did not like the attitude off the lady in charge of the Lichtturm children play area

Children orientation and special attention. Breakfast offer.

Our apartment was a bit run-down, the place could use some TLC and some more outdoor lighting in the night. Staff speaks English but anything written is in German.

Nice cosy apartments, very well equipped for families with toddlers or babies. Weather permitting seems lots of fun for families with tons of outdoor activities.

some of the waitresses were great, others not that friendly to English speakers.

Fantastic couple of days -- we had a great time! Liked the friendly nature of the reception staff --

Christmas Eve with half board (all inclusive) was a awful experience. Bad buffet food and too much bad beverage.

Location is okay with small houses in a charming village. Nice interior decoration. Good and sufficient breakfast. Surroundings and swimming pool important for our children.
