No air conditioning in the room made for some uncomfortable nights, and the third bed in the room was not the most comfortable.

The hotel was in an excellent location being a short walk from the center, and right next to a tram stop. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the rooms were more than ideally sized, with well above average bathrooms and showers.

Lovely staff especially Ully. Very helpful and patient. Very clean. Within reasonable walking distance to the extraordinary Old Town. Tram conveniently situated few meters away and number 8 which passes through there took us directly to the Nazi documentation museum and rally grounds. Besides we loved the coffee and the breakfast was excellent.

Room was very small for 220 euros a night. Room smelled awful, maybe from chemicals used to clean. Had to open window and air out daily. Would not recommend due to the overwhelming odor.

no lift and after travelling for a month our suitcases were a bit heavy, nice to only have to go up to the first floor. the local transportation system was not easy to understand to buy tickets compared to a lot of other european cities. The hotel didn't seem to have a good tourist connection for local restaurants. Just seemed to be a hotel in a little lost neighbourhood.

The room was clean but very small 3 single beds in a tiny room and small bathroom... no A/C it was nice to be able to open the window and not have a lot of street noise... good breakfast in the am.... we caught the tram and walked through the old town, it was fairly easy to get to from the train station

Roof-fan in room was in bad shape, and the room was hot. Bathroom fan also noisy. Some noise with the Windows open. A bit small room for 4.

We arrived very late (01:15), and called in as og this was a problem. The clerk fixed It so well, was a envelope in the outdoor safe with keys, greetingnote, parking description with outline, and all the info we needed. Fantastic service. Very comfortable bed. Super breakfast.

In one of our rooms the extra bed's matress was uncomfortable and the room was hot, despite having a fan (room 210), but the other ones were very good and spacious.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute, and arrived later than expected and the recepcionist waited for us and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and organized and the breakfast was great! Honestly the best tap water i've drunk in Nuremberg.

Very good hotel, located 20 minutes walking distance from the city center and the Christkindlesmarkt (Christmas Markets). It is also well connected to public transportation, as it is located 10 minutes walking distance from the line U2 of the subway, which allows you to go easily to the city center and directly to the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful, as they were ready to accomodate every request we had. The breakfast was superb and typically German, with lots of local food to choose from. Unfortunately, the room was too small for two people, but after all it was cozy and well furnished. If you think about visiting Nuremberg, it is definitely worth booking a room at this hotel.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but plenty of places to grab one on the way to the centre, and a cake! Couldn't get any food when we arrived late on, but that didn't matter as there was a great place called Feuerbach around the corner. Only a small single duvet, a double would of been nice. No iron for my shirt.

Very very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Good continental breakfast. Easy access into the centre by the tram outside, or via the underground down the road, but we mainly walked, it took us about 20 minutes. Feuerbach Cafe.

Staff is not very friendly, very curt and unhelpful (could have better bedside manner, I mean come one, you are in a service industry...). TV was broken, complained and still wasn't fixed and no other solutions was offered.. Honestly, we weren't expecting much for a budget hotel, but if the attitude of the staff was a bit better and nicer it would totally make a difference in the whole experience of the stay.
