The light bulb of the bathroom was not working well and some things were a little bit old and deteriorated (the outlets for example).

The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was not too far away from the city center, only two stations by train. The receptionists were really nice: It was good that renovations are being performed.

I was at the second floor and it was extremely hot in the room and I couldn't sleep until it started to pour heavily and the temperature outside cooled down a bit. The breakfast was a bit of a let down but the rains were at fault filling the dining area all with water. :(

The staff was extremely courteous and polite. The room was pretty clean.

The hotel was under renovation process and there was a lot of materials in the entrance without light such that we thought we entered a wrong place.

The location was close to the city center with around 25 minutes walk.

Non smoking room but all the bedsheets where smelling like an ashtray. The sink in the bathroom was not working properly. Water stayed inside. Atmosphere in the hotel was dusty and uncomfortable due to renovation issues.

Sink just in front of the toilet, so only for overweight people to go to the toilet is going to be very difficult. I found a garbage (some crumpled peaces of paper with a lot of dust under the bed), should be cleaned a bit better.

The single room is nice, bed is very confortable. Nice personal.

Tv didnt work but we didnt need it actually

I stayed in this hotel with a friend three nights and we really loved the stay. It was good enough for its price, simple but clean, a little bit oldfashioned or even "retro" to us. Housekeeping made our room nicely clean every day and the service in reception was very polite and kind even if some of the workers wasnt so good in english they still were helpful. The location of hotel is very good because it has many good connections with public transport and possible to walk to old town. Nice bakeries and cafes also on the street and a mall very near. Definately recommend to stay if you look a modest simple place with good price.

The room is just to simple, two beds put together and with small shower place, just don't like it. It's not worth for my money. And there's no free parking place.

The staff waited for me to check in until half past 11, then he locked the door after i came.

There were termites in the bathroom, there was no trashcan in it, and the water in the toilet was running all the time. The room also had a desk but no chair. And the elevator door didn't close all the way, which held serious potential for injury.

The breakfast was mediocre, and although 7 euros is not a king's ransom, I would have expected more....at least some eggs. Also, it was quite warm while I was there, and the room was stuffy and lacked good ventilation. Finally, the wi-fi was very inconsistent, and I had to keep putting in the unnecessarily complicated user name and password in to keep it going.

All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The location was great, a mere two stops from the main train station; the transportation was excellent with a number of trams and buses available.

The total lack of facilities in the room. No table/desk. No shelves in the wardrobe. There was not even a ledge in the room. The only place to put anything was on the floor. No mirror, or any information leaflets. Nothing. No television. In a major conference city with thousands of international visitors this is very poor. When I was finally given a better room the television had no Sky News and only a few local channels, plus a host of channels that required internet payment. When I asked if the TV could be tuned to Sky News I was informed that it was not the management policy. There were no bath towels only a few hand towels. No glasses/plastic cups to take water. No toiletries at all except liquid soap that was fixed in a bracket to the wall. The general impression given was of a management cutting costs to a totally unacceptable degree. This hotel was expensive for what was offered and shambolic. I could not recommend it at all.

The staff were very helpful in a very poor atmosphere. In particular the weekday front desk and housekeeping went out of their way to be accommodating but were fighting a losing battle against a system that seemed to take pride in how little it could offer for the most money.

Relation quality-price is really bad. We went to Medica Trade and we had no more choices. For sure I will not go anymore tho this hotel at that price! In Spain you can find better hotels for 50€/day. Forniture is old and is not in the best conditions. Bathroom is terrific. You don't have space enough to dry with the towel after the shower!
