Neglected upon arrival as staff was holding an internal meeting at front desk and only reacted to us upon my attracting their attention repeatedly, finally in a rather firm form.

Property is new and thus in good maintenance condition. Cleanliness as expected for a hotel of category. Located in a mall with various restaurants close by. Spacious parking facilities. Easy to get downtown public with transport.

The room safe is of the older variety and is too small.

Although the room was small, it was comfortable and had a good sized bathroom. Just be aware that the shower is over the bath and if the curtain is not placed in the bath, you will have a flood on the floor and there is no drain. Very good location with the city centre easily accessed by train or tram. Excellent Italian restaurant on site with the best Carbonara Spaghetti. Staff were very helpful and train/tram tickets can be purchased at the front desk. Ceiling fan in the room was helpful.

There are limited restaurants near the hotel but the hotel Italian restaurant was great. Otherwise one has to walk to the Altstadt, a 15-20 minute walk.

Lovely hotel , beautifully furnished, clean and quiet rooms. Had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant, great food at good prices. We parked for free in front of the hotel where there is limited parking available, otherwise one can park at a charge in the underground carpark. The staff were very friendly. Overall loved our stay.

I found the location of the hotel a little odd - this is probably because we arrived late in the evening, in darkness, however. From our brief stay I couldn’t tell if there was much in the direct vicinity of the hotel and it is a good 20 minute walk to the centre.

The breakfast was stunning - I’ve never seen anything like it! Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, speck, sausages, tomatoes, all sorts of sauces, a huge choice of tea, even prosecco. Excellent value for money and in lovely settings.

The hotel staff was very helpful with any and all our questions. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Many choices from cold cereals, sliced cold cuts, and fish, to hot sausage, bacon and eggs. Well worth the money! The location was perfect. The tram, the bus, or the train, all within a few minutes walk. An easy trip to the city, to another town or anywhere you may want to go. The hotel was right next to the World Trade Center. There were restaurants, a bakery, an apotek, a couple grocery stores. It was like being at home. In this day and age of having access to the internet on a laptop or your phone, we have found most hotels do not provide access to a public computer any more. There are some of us out there that do not use a laptop or feel the need to be constantly on an app device so when a hotel does have a public use computer it is a good bonus for us. This hotel had a public use computer which allowed us to search for and book things to do in the city.

Breakfast wasn't great as I like eating good quality fresh fruit. There was fruit salad but quality was poor. Bottle of mineral water left in room appears to be complimentary until you look close to see the somewhat invisible €2.50. Given they have a bar fridge with drinks to purchase this is simply a con.

    1. Since the bathroom is large with an open bathtub and the heating system stopped at late night, it was necessary to warm the bathroom well in advance before use. 2. I found dust on the table around the sink and on the desk in the room. 3. I asked for a room facing a court yard but I was told it costs 10 Euro additionally (and I did not take). 4. The amount of the city tax (3 Euro per night) shall be stated clearly.

    1. Good transport connection (to the main station and thus to other places) - A tram (7 and 10) stop across Ammonstraße (not the one at Freibergerstraße) in a distance of 5 min on foot - Tram arrival at least once in 5 min during day and once in 10 min at night 2. Twin room (no. 335, 58.32 Euro + city tax 3 Euro per night, 20.03.17-25.03.17) - Facing Rosenstraße and quiet enough for sleeping (windows closed) although the railway is nearby - A double curtain system so that one can sleep in dark - A power supply just in front of the desk at the same height of the desk plane 3. Nearby world trade center - An entrance (with a sign "restaurant") of this hotel in the world trade center (rain-free area) - A supermarket (slightly expensive than REWE in front of the main station) and bakery inside

Our room was not cleaned after the first night's stay. We were not given any true compensation for this inconvenience.

    1) something was wrong with hotel system, so very slow check in and no WiFi until the evening. 2)maybe because of that system troubles we were charged twice for reservation, so be attentive

nice rooms, but there no teakettle. Very good breakfast.

    All good

Staff was extremely helpful. Checked us in early and explained to us what to do for the day. Went ahead and booked the tickets for the historical green museum. All facilities were great
