    - There is nothing interesting nearby. But there is an S-Bahn station really close to the hotel (5 mins walk) with regular connections to the city center (10 mins) and the sea coast (20 mins), so it was not an issue for us. - Our windows were directed to the S-Bahn, so noise can be a problem (it was not for us)

+ Nice and clean room, a lot of storage space + Friendly reception staff + Surprisingly comfortable bed for this price range + Apparently these is a sauna in the hotel, but we did not use it

When car is parked behind main building then you have to go around to enter to the hotel. No entrance from behind.

Quiet neighborhood, spacious and free parking, varied and delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

At this price at least breakfast should be included.

A refurbished DDR-era working class hotel, but clean with a 24 hour reception, so you can check in when you arrive late with the ferry.

far away from the city centre or other interesting locations. Located in an old GDR style building and surrounded by similar buildings.

nice staff. They try to help you pragmatically, some of them don't speak proper English. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was free.

Wifi did not work at all in the room and as we were travelling with a dog, the main reason booking this hotel was the 'beachfront' location mentioned in the facilities. There is no beach anywhere near the hotel so we were extremely disappointed.

The room was clean, quiet and spacious, friendly reception staff. Easy parking in front of the hotel.

Got two single beds next to each other instead of requested double bed. Middle-size dog (Golden Retriever) is charged €10 per night - found only general information on this on hotel page: "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable."

Very clean and nice-looking room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice small chocolat bunnies present on Easter in the room after room cleanup. Close to S-Bahn station but no annoying noise from the railroad.

Our room was non-smoking, but there was a general light smell of tobacco around the corridor. We only had one light meal, a salad, which was very indifferent.

The appearance of the room and of the corridors shows some need of renovation. The surroundings are also not too pleasant. Terrible Wifi.

Friendly staff. The location is far from the city center, but there's convenient parking space if you come by car. The S-Bahn station with trains to Rostock and Warnemünde is also very close.
