The bed was creaking. It could have been a bit more comfortable. Apart from this, i have no complaints!

The room was clean, had everything you need for a short stay. It even had a few free drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast was good and the hotel was close to a few metro stops.

Just stopping over for one night, but enjoyed clean, quiet, spacious room and excellent breakfast a short walk or tram ride from the Hauptbahnof. Hotel is in quiet residential area and refreshingly German. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar too.

There was black mold in the room behind the curtains near the ceiling. And a few dots here and there in the bathroom or near the window. Not many tables in the breakfast room.

The room had a balcony. There were fruits for breakfast (melon, pineapple, ...) Many options for breakfast. There was an electric kettle in the room with tea and coffee options.

The service of personal. Was good accomodation and the environment was enough to gain the feeling of coming again not only to the city, but also to the hotel. Besides the weather, the infrastructure was really comfy

If it was nearest to city center would be better.

Good room, comfortable bed and breakfast with a lot of choice

The ratio quality cost should be improved with low price, given the fact that it is still a 2 star hotel. The reception is open only in the morning.... It would have been better to increase such standard.

The position close to the main station in Karlsruhe. The quality of the breakfast was very good and rich. The room was very clan with a good WIFI connection.

I had a reservation for 1 person with a double bed selected and I've got a single bed, and they told me I have it for single bed...

The price-value is great, overall a clean place to stay for a short time, the keybox system is so good and really good location.

The room was worn out and resembles a hospital room. at 200Euros for 2 nights, I found it to be overpriced. I got a peculiar and suspicious email from the hotel to pay in bitcoins in a prearranged account which I was advised to use in order to assure that my booking would not be cancelled. I never used that of course but was surprised to have received such request from a booking-partner in Germany!

Breakfast was definitely a strong point at this Hotel. Further on, it is -for us- in walking distance to the Marktplatz which is considered the center of the city. For us, it was a 25 minutes walk though! Finally, it was heated very very well and warm water was provided for throughout day/night. Also, the provided wifi was excellent

Small dining area, all tables can get busy easily in the morning... No air-conditioning found in the unit...

Good value of money, with easy process of self check-in... Relatively close to the main train station (15mins walking distance), located at a peaceful neighborhood... Decent breakfast...

Noises can be heard from the adjacent rooms, but it mainly depends on the occupants.

The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from the station and 30 minutes from the center. However, very close to the hotel there is a tram stop that serves these routes. The reception is open from 06.30 to 12.00. But there is a phone at the entrance where you get instructions for the key. The breakfast is very good.

Bathroom a bit outdated. Found a hair on the bedsheets.

Clean and comfortable

Five minute walk from train station and 20 minutes to Palace. The breakfast was fabulous and the room was large. And the bedside reading lamps worked!

With the parking, it is a little bit challenging, But manageable.

The Hotel is a very good value for money option. It is a nice hotel, that is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also we received some vomplimantery drinks when we arrived, which is very nice, you can't find that in some hotels that are much more expensive then this one. I find that very welcoming. Also what I like is that it is not forcing on you to leave a deposite, like every other hotel in which I stayed.

Even though the hotel helped with having fans airconditioning would have been and made this stay probably a 10. I know they are having our of the ordinary heat ATM but the room was like an oven. Walking into he hallway gave better relief than the room did even with the fan.

The hotel was clean and had all we needed for our stay. It was close to the train station as we arrived By train. It is a little bit of a walk to the main area but quite safe. Breakfast was great and more than expected.

Since we visited during the summer room was hot and didn't have a fan/AC, it would be better if they consider this during summer.

Calm and quiet. much closer to Tram station and Karlsruhe HBF. Good restaurants around.
