Had asked for a view but they put us on the 3rd floor with a view out the back of the hotel into a bush. WiFi didn’t work and neither did the tv.

Fantastic hotel. Clean comfortable, staff were very friendly. Booked a suite and it was lovely.

We're unsure if it was an oversight or deliberate, but there was only 1 pair of complimentary slippers provided despite there being 2 robes. It resulted in one of us going to the pool in slippers and another in outdoor shoes. This was one of the first hotels we've visited in which it wasn't easy to plug our Fire TV stick into the TV. The English speaking TV channels had no signal and being unable to plug in our Fire stick meant that in-room entertainment came from YouTube.

The location was perfect with great transport links to Brandendurg airport and many of the main attractions. Most of the main sights were also within walking distance of the hotel. There were also plenty of food options with Vegetarian and Vegan options in the surrounding area. The room was a good size and well stocked with ammenities including dental kits, shower cap and shoe shine. The staff were also friendly during every interaction with them with a bit of humour during check-out. Overall a really comfortable stay and it'll be the first place we look at during any future visits to Berlin!

The luck of fresh air in the room.Its windows went into the lobby area of the hotel and this was big and the only one disadvantage for us.

The location is great, in the center of Berlin and just 3 min from the train station, breakfast are rich, spa zone is very good with gym in it. Staff was friendly and helpful.We really did enjoy our stay there!

Room wasn’t ready the 2nd time we went back so got into our room at 5.30 . The second day our room wasn’t serviced until 6pm .

Room was spacious , breakfast was very good with a great variety .

The TV only has German and Spanish options not English There is no HDMI or streaming available so couldn't watch anything during down time No USB ports so make sure to bring adapter if coming from abroad

Staff were amazing and really accommodating. Location was perfect just off berlins main shopping district. Beside train and underground Rooms were nice and clean

Didn’t clean the room on second night, tried to charge extra tax when it clearly stated in my booking all taxes and charges included, bar shuts at midnight and is in middle of the lobby so very cold! Rooms have zero view, staff very new and often rude

Great location - right opposite a main train station. Literally walk out of the hotel and there are restaurants and bars, food and snack places. Hotel was very comfortable and room easily accommodated the extra single bed we had in for our daughter.

No WiFi, we stay for 6 days and every day they said it will be fix Also the air-conditioning did not work and they try to fix it (again 6 days) with no success

Internet WiFi was terrible

Wi-Fi and TV broken. Backup WiFI was basically unusable. Hopefully temporarily.

The location was superb, very close to all kind of transportation and within walking distance to several shopping areas. Direct S-Bahn to/from BER airport. The room was nice. Friendly bar.

The sauna was out of service

The location is amazing. You can get to the most important sightseeing sites on foot in 20min.
