Smooth check-in using a code. The room looks exactly like the photos. Clean, very close to the metro station - good connection to the city center and Messe. Good location with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The small kitchenette well equipped - fridge, stove, coffee machine. It was nice to find some welcoming beverages.

The sleeping couch is terrible.

Great location. If you look at it as a hotel room, the rooms are great. However, when you expect an apartment, there is only one stove and the only sink is in the bathroom. The bed was really comfy, the sleeping couch is really not.

There was not any remote control for the tv. Communication through whatsup was quick but we never received the remote…the bathroom could use some upgrade though the mirror was a fancy one.

Excellent location, right in the centre, just a few minute walk away. Lively area with shops and restaurants nearby. The room is equipped with a modern kettle and proper glasses, even for wine.

We like this establishment where we have stayed before and will probably stay again. The less favorable rating is simply due to the fact that I booked a double and was given a single. Fortunately we were given two singles for two of the three nights.

Communication via What'sapp was difficult: a robot answered the requests and getting an adequate response was problematic.

The hotel was very cute and beautiful. The room was clean and the bed, pillows and blanket were very comfy to sleep in. I liked that the room had a small kitchen part, you could cook a meal with the basic stuff (pots, pans, plates, cutlery) there.

No cleaning for the rooms no matter who long you staying, cleaning was available for extra charges which should be basically added in the cost.

TV doesn't work at all, I didn't find out who is responsible for this kind of error. Everything is done online which is sometimes good but sometimes feel nervous a bit.

Only issue was, it was summer and the room lacked ventilation. So if you opened the window, there were disturbances from the street of traffic and honks.

Everything was comfortable. The room on its own is great, had all the facilities and the automated check in system was great too.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty, not good for business travel. It was impossible to load webpages and do any sort of remote work that needed video streaming.

Clean common areas and bedrooms, staff was friendly, neighborhood was quiet. There is an U-Bahn entrance directly across the street and it’s easy to get to the city center.

Although the room was equipped with ventilators, on a hot day it was still too warm inside.

The room was very clean, and plus for the kettle and iron!
