Parking was expensive, but this seems to be a thing in general, so can't complain. Everything else was great!

Excellent location! Jusy across the road from old town Great facilities: kettle, toaster, dish washer etc. They even provided dishwasher tablets and some washing detergent. Staff were really friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

The location is about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The faucet in the kitchen was broken. The microwave didn't work properly. Very uncomfortable pillows. Super huge and soft. They gave me another one but that wasn't comfortable either.

The room was spacious. It was good to have a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had ventilation and the shower was big. Very friendly staff.

The only small thing was the pillow, which was very large—but that's common throughout Germany. Still, I slept very well.

Excellent stay! The hotel has a fantastic location, very convenient for accessing the city center. Check-in was quick, and the staff was extremely friendly, always attentive, and communicated promptly at all times. We had a ground-floor room facing the street, but it was perfectly soundproofed and very quiet. Everything was wonderful—definitely recommended!

- Quite pricey compared to other beautiful tourist cities in Germany, e.g., Heidelberg while missing some comfort amenities such as a Gym or a little Spa - in our case, the offered parking was annoying since it was in backyard of the complex and you could only go in through a very narrow driveway (if you have an SUV, it is too small) - one time we almost couldn’t leave the place with our car as a car blocked the exit of the driveway —> the owner can avoid this by either checking with what kind of cars people arrive or by rearranging the parking space in the backyard

We were there during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning and it wasn’t feasible to have the windows open as they were at street level onto a main road.

Very nice apartment with a great location. The place has everything you might need, including a dishwasher and even an ironing board. You can tell it’s new, which is definitely a big plus. It was also beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Nothing. The only thing to take into account is, if there is a heat wave in that moment there is no A/C and the fan is not enough unfortunately.

It doesn't have an air conditioner, just a fan. Our room was upstairs (top floor of a low building) and in regular 30 degree days the apartment heated up and stayed very warm overnight. So we didn't get a great sleep even though everything else was comfortable.

The room was exceptionally warm and as it was located at the ground floor, full opening of the window during the night was not an option. Fortunately they gave me a ventilator, which did help somewhat. The pillows are terrible, extremely big and making it even warmer.

Nice apartment, very close to the old city center and possibility to park (additional fee). Well equipped kitchen and bakery and supermarket nearby. Very clean. Friendly and supportive staff.

There is no air conditioning and it hit 32°C during our stay which was quite unbearable. There was a fan but it was not very effective with that kind of heat. There was a small courtyard with a sofa and couple of chairs for smokers, but other than that we didn't notice any other outdoor space. Would have been nice to have somewhere else to relax without cigarette smoke. The seating in the apartment was not very comfortable. 1 chair and a bench. Our apartment was on the ground floor next to the main street which was fine if the windows were closed but noisy if not.Although the windows fully opened, we did not feel comfortable leaving them open on an evening due to the proximity to the pavement

Appartments are in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes to the main town where an abundance of shops, cafes and bars are. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need for a few days stay. Wifi, dishwasher washing machine, toiletries etc. I would stay again for these reasons. .

The pillow was unusual for me. It was big and I could not sleep on it so I had a hard time figuring out how to sleep on that pillow. That's the only drawback but it could be applicable to me only as my husband loved the pillow.

I like our studio type room as it has all the basic amenities described in their website. Washing machine and small kitchen with all the cooking wares and plates etc are available along with liquid soap, detergent etc. Room is spacious with chairs and table so you can work as well if required. Hotel location is great, grocery stores (Asian and local) are in front of the hotel and main center or attraction where all the restaurants are located, is walkable from 5-15 minutes from the hotel. Main train station is 10 minutes' walk and 15 minutes with your baggage. The staff we interacted was nice and he was kind enough to let us check in early as our room was available on that day.

We waited 2 hours past check in time because it wasn't ready/still cleaning. Internet was awful. Decided to stay an extra night and the price was much higher than we initially booked for. Luggage storage is 2 flights of stairs down to a basement area. No elevator to access upper floors.

Convenient location to sights, restaurants and shopping. Tram just outside building. Room and bathroom seem bigger due to the VERY efficient design. Plenty of hot water for showers.
