The owner always undermined my words and make me feel I am stupid. E.g.: I didn't cancel baby cot request even though I did. And what I found unfair that he charged for breakfast my 2 year old who was having two bites of a percel and 10 month old baby who was having crumbles from my bun which was quite ridiculus.

It was a cosy Ferienhaus with a nice view to the lake and mountain. You definiately got the nice chill you expected.

the apartment was a bit tricky to find after check-in. upon check out the host requested cash. when requesting to pay with card, I was told the machine wasn’t working. would have been nice to know if an issue before the moment of payment. let us in a bit of a bind with cash for the remainder of our trip.

The attitude of the owner or receptionist was a typical cold German welcome. It could have been a better.

The place or village was very silent. There is no noise pollution. It is a little far from some centers but if you have a car, it is 5km aways from many things.

The (small) fridge wouldn’t stay closed. To be fair, they had it replaced the next day but as we were just there for three nights it was unfortunate that we had to wait around while they swapped them out so we could transfer our food. The owner/manager was a bit gruff.

A short walk down to the lake, proper kitchen, spacious balcony. Peaceful. The 2nd floor would probably have a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The owner gave us tips for child-friendly activities.

Everything was great, nothing to specify we didn't like.

The room was very cozy, well maintained and well thought of in terms of basic requirements. And the view was amazing, looking onto the mountain and the lake. The location and the view brings the holiday vibes all over. The hosts deserve a special mention for their super-friendliness. It was fun talking to Frau Berger every morning over the breakfast.

The views from the balcony cannot be beat! The room was very clean and comfortable. Bonus access to a small kitchen. Free parking is also a huge plus. Max was helpful and told us where to park to visit both castles in the area.

No pictures of garden when booking. One needs to go out little to see the mountain view. No view if you are sitting in garden. No voice call on internet. No internet on TV. Mobile signal were weak in the room.

The room had a cozy feel. Coffee and tea were available in the room. There was a balcony, which I imagine is really nice in the summer. Budget friendly and free parking is available for guests.

The property is in a house of Apartments but very private with a lovely balcony leading to a small garden ,everything needed was provided.There are two properties and we received our key from Max, nice guy.Our property was across the road from reception, 2 mins walk.

We came with my wife to see the castles in Füssen, but all the positive impressions were spoiled: 1. The room was cold, despite the fact that the street was only +6, at night you could sleep only under an extra blanket, I can not imagine how you can be in the room if the temperature outside will be -10. 2. We were alone in the hotel, the other rooms were free, although the hotel across the street, judging by the parking lot, was all occupied. I realize after leaving why..... because of greed and bad attitude to the guests of the host, we at check-in did not observe the formality with a request for a pet, we are not the first year traveling with a cat and it has never been a problem, we were told on the contrary that the request is necessary for a large dog, and our cat weighing 2.5 kg did not even need to send, we did not hide it and were ready to pay for its stay, if it is provided, As usual 10-20 euros, which was announced to us on the first day by a woman and named the price of 15 euros per day, but at departure the man announced that not 15 but 50 euros per day and only in cash, on our objections that yesterday it was 15, he said that we are just hard of hearing, we did not have time to deal with the owner with the help of the tourist police, so we just paid and left, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Max and Terri were fabulous and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was incredible and the location of the apartments is superb! Also, as a family of 5, the value of the apartment was exceptional and they are incredibly family friendly!
