Getting in was a somewhat complicated multi-step procedure. Everything was properly documented, but I had to read carefully through quite a lot of text, a "here are the keys, mister" would have been so much easier.

Location is fantastic, very central but quiet, in a beautiful building. The property has many windows and thus is very bright.

Comfortable Check-in and out. Well equiped accomodation. Not big but comfortable for two. It's okey with dogs. Good parking place in the middle of the city. We were there 3 days but I can offer it for longer holiday as well.

I booked this apartment almost midnight when we had to change the plan about where do we stay, because out motorhome had a malfunction. It was very easy for the check-in, super good value for the price. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable, and very convinient for parking. We had a great night stay, and it saved my ass.

It’s an apartment in a building, not a hotel. So no reception, breakfast or hotel facilities. But the host was helpful, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants right next to it.

It’s a bit dated as is the building as a whole, but nothing that isn’t described/pictured in the listing, otherwise nothing bad to say.

Ideal spot from which to explore the quaint town, with a balcony view of the graduation tower from the room we stayed in. Coffee and basic cooking facilities are provided and check-in/out were easy. Private parking was also ideal, as well as guest spots for loading/unloading outside the front door. The building also has a lift so it is accessible. We had such a wonderful time.

The curtains did not fully darken the room

we (a group of early 30s friends) were in search of a peaceful retreat to indulge in nature. Bad Rothenfelde was very quiet early July and the apartment was close to a forest, a spa health resort and near the Teutoburger Wald. The apartment is equiped with a sleeper couch and a small double bedroom. The apartment seems newly renovated and up-to-date with all necessities. The check-in process is easy and fast, using the doorcode we received prior to arrival. We are very satisfied

The overall experience of our stay would have been better in case the entrance of the (main) building and the staircase of had an upgrade in terms of appearance (minor adjustments). Also the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage up and down the staircase.

Our Deluxe double studio was conveniently located at the center of Bad Rosenfelde was neat/clean, comfortable and spacious enough. What we also liked was the owner being very much service oriented and friendly.

Everthing was super! Great accomodation. Beds were great and everything was really clean. Around the appartement you could go shopping , eating, sightseeing. Perfect place.

The only issue I had was that I couldn’t locate the laundry room so had to ask the owner (very quick response!) but the machine only take 2€ coins, it would be easier if it also accepted 0.5€ or 1€ coins too

The whole building unfortunately smells A LOT like cigarette smoke, a bit better in the apartment but still smells. Not super well cleaned, like residue on toilet brush and a dried fly in the folded bed sheets. The bathroom overflows with shower water due to the drape and the towels smelled sour. “Washing machine” and “terrace” were checked in which we did not have in the apartment but the terrace was a public one and not even on the same floor. The sofa bed did not have any linen provided, but a quick call to the owner fixed it! Definitely ok for one night if you are not super picky.

Great location, beautiful historical building from the outside! Nice views, good kitchen and pretty spacious apartment. Easy contact with the host and quick resolve of an issue through phone contact.
