Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was great, spacious bedroom, very comfortable double bed, breakfast was very good with lot of choices. Stuffs friendly and available parking for 14 euros. Also check out at 12pm was good, not rush in the morning. Very good place.

Surrounding area is not as nice as old city centre.

Hotel has a parking place and it is located 10 minutes by walk from the centre of the city. There is no problem with small dogs and everything was solved to satisfication of a guest. After one year the same positive experience and I am sure to come back going to Bremen.

Very loud sounds of closing doors from the corridor. It was annoying, especially in the evening. Also, the bathroom wall is very see through - might make you uncomfortable. The door is also made of glass and doesn’t go all the way up and to the sides, so you can also hear everything. Again, rather uncomfortable.
It was clean and very close to the city centre/old town. The staff were very nice.

It would be helpful to have a socket by the bedside table to charge a phone.
It was comfortable and clean and the reception staff were excellent.

There was something wrong with the plumbing (in the whole hotel), that the water was extremely hot not even able to take a shower, and it was not solving during the day.
Room is clean, staff are helpful and location is good.

There were a lot of mixed reviews on parking when I booked. I booked this property because it said it included parking/had parking available. When I contacted the property about parking they said they no longer reserve parking. When I arrived at the property I found there is ample parking spaces at the back entrance of the hotel that are available to be used by guests for a fee. Communication with guests needs to be better and consistent. The rooms are fine, quite modern, possibly still under construction, but clean with hot water and all facilities you'd expect.

I'd suggest sockets near the bed (although that's not a problem if you got a fast charger and a long cable with you..). I'd love more natural light in the room: the balcony was great, but February is still cold to have the window open all the time, and it was not possible to temporarily remove the blinds... it would be great to be able to do that.
I like how easy it was to check-in/out, the fact that everything was accessible, the warmth of the place, the fairly confortable bed, the lights near the bed, the spacious bathroom, the space to place the suitcase, the cleanliness, the quietness in spite of being really close to the station and not far from the city center. The staff was really nice as well and helped me leave the luggage there until my train was about to leave the last day.

The curtain was broken and sagging on one side. The glass in the shower became transparent when the light was on. Plus, the walls didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was no soundproofing. Considering the room is designed for 3-4 people, it was uncomfortable for us
The staff are very helpful, thank you! The hotel has own parking area. The breakfast is very good.

The lack of door to the bathroom and shelves instead of a storage areawith door ga e always an impression of untidy to an occupied room, even if I tried to store everything in order.

Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room.

Both the floor and the room itself smells kind of funny. Like cleaning product with humidity although I saw no signs of the latter. The hotel is good but I don't know if I would qualify it as a 4 stars.
The bed and bathroom were great. The room size is also not bad. Everything is rather new and in good condition

Was meant to be 24/7 reception but husband went out for food at 10pm after late arrival and noone there to open hotel door, upon his return at 10.30pm. He managed to attract some guests inside waiting for the lift. Otherwise would not be able to get in. Where were 24/7 staff?
Good located hotel, modern compact rooms, friendly staff.
