The restaurant was wonderful, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Germany. The hotelier was friendly and helpful. Really, just a lovely place to stay.

Staff was friendly but an extra smile and a warmer welcome would make a difference. The room was clean but outdated. Refurbishment would definitely help, in particular in the bathroom, which was badly lit and the mirror too distant to be of any practical use. I booked a single room and got a double bed with just one half done. I thought this was an example of savings at a wrong place. Overall: big potential (beatiful countryside, great chef, close to a highway) but more enthusiasm and investment would help.

Great food, very clean, nice view from the one part of the hotel, beatiful surroundings.

No elevator, but with only 13 rooms, cost wouldn't be effective.

Property was like staying in a countryside b&b, very quaint with some quirks.

Car parking is behind the hotel and its entrance is little bit hard to find.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is in quiet, peaceful village.

Not too many other guests so was quiet, but not too much soundproofing from corridor into our room, so if busy may perhaps be a little noisy as people pass by. But that is a minor point and may have just been our (discounted price) room.

Interesting town to wander about. On the Rhine / Danube watershed so great views from the terrace. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Ate in the evening there too which was also good. Very good value for money.

If you do not experience this facility you are missing out!!. Great rooms, great views, great food, and a staff that made us feel like family. We arrived late but the staff stayed and prepared a fantastic meal for us! One of the best meals in Germany! Breakfast includes homemade preserves and more.
