As I said, the hotel is situated on mini hills, and because of that, it was tough for us to carry our luggage. Unfortunately, they do not have any cart services.

Great Location. Perfect for families with kids. They have a big playground & even a playing room dedicated to kids. All the kids from the hotel played there. I felt good seeing my daughter enjoying the vacation. Also, the hotel being inside the city is very quiet & into the nature, with big trees & hills. I loved it all.

It is a bit outdated in some areas, but they have made improvements and it still feels warm and cozy.

We arrived after a long ride and just wanted to park and check-in. As the place is big and not 1 central building it was a bit hard to get to our room, also, we discovered that the big family suites are all on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It was harsh, but when I complained the staff made an extra effort to make us feel better and you could tell they took it seriously and made an effort - making the stay truly wonderful!

The breakfast is very nice, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned (90's style) but also comfortable and charming. It takes a day to navigate the underground floors of the hotel, but once you know your way around it's really charming, and the view is simply breathtaking!

Some things were simply too expensive. 11€/day parking from the hotel, 78€/day breakfast for family of 4, 20€ extra payable for cleaning the kitchenette. Strange rules for using sauna, no extra pillow in the room itself...

Price of a bottle of water was crazy. 2 bottles of water €17... Tap water €5 per crafe. parking fees were also something I never took into account when booking. Others should be made aware of this beforehand. For travelling from Ireland, there was an extra change of €6 per day per person for change of towels. Expensive

Parking garage is pretty tight for turning and getting into spots, then exiting the vehicle.

Rooms were huge. The restaurant was great. Access points all over the hotel led to the garage, which made for quick entrance and exits as needed. Spa was wonderful.

Some of the facilities are a little tired and need a revamp; however the hotel has everything you need for a great stay in the mountains.

The room was large and comfortable and a good value for money. The room was also very clean and had all the essential needed. The breakfast was very good and generous. The facilities although a bit tired are great to make your stay perfect. If you intend to visit the olimpic site, the gorge and the Eckbauer the location is absolutey perfect. The underground car park was a godsend given it snowed for the entire time we were there and it was quite reasonably priced

There was feces on the toilet seat. I would give a worse rating than 8 because of this but looking at the big picture and considering everything, I will stick with 8.

I would give a 10 rating because the accommodation and the breakfast were amazing. They were better than expected. The apartment was large and spacious, the breakfast was rich and delicious. I might return here later.

Female staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to get to the ski-slopes, what to prefer, introduced the city map, etc, male staff should get more training on how to make visitors feel that they are welcomed, we felt that we are disturbing them with our questions. Spa facilities could be updated a bit. Location is not central, most people travelled with cars, the city bus goes only 1x per hour, so connections to ski lifts are not great if you are relying on local transport.

The apartment was very nice, with amazing view over the city, I liked the bed, the bedsheets, the bathrooms, good natural ventilation in the rooms, the rooms were warm (we stayed in December), the food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was really amazing!

We enjoyed the stay, but my boy got injured by a nail on the sofa, the staff called ambulance to check him because they didn’t have a doctor. They fixed the nail and I’m glad it turned out ok.

If I have to pick something others might be concerned with I will say that some things are a bit dated, but nothing too bad. For me, a retreat in the mountains should have a rustic feel.

The breakfast is always great and the staff has been very friendly (3rd stay here).
