The heater in the bathroom was getting very hot, very fast - even the plug was barely possible to touch! Not so easy to find a place to eat lunch!

Nice, clean, comfortable room, with parking just outside the hotel. Very good breakfast. Very good location for the mountains, or for Freiburg.

There is no one on site. You have to call and then they come. It takes 15-20 minutes not great when you need to use the toilette. The wifi is terrible. Only one person in the room can be on at a time. You have to have a stupid login and password.

The breakfast. The breakfast lady was so nice and friendly.

Strange that, with only two sets of guests, we were given a room two floors up. What was wrong with the first floor?

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. Surroundings were quiet and secluded - ideal for a restful stay. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. Plenty to eat,

Had to wait for staff to arrive to get room.

Beautiful surroundings next to historic church and monastery. Also in picturesque old building, about 1600.

No staff at all from midday to breakfast next morning. Needed to phone to the next village to book in and wait 15 minutes to arrive. Had the entire hotel to ourselves one night...an odd experience. lol

Quiet and secluded , clean , large rooms . Would definitely stay again .

The day of the checkout, the lady created fuss saying that breakfast was not included in room rate although it was. Had to wait half an hour before she could clarify this with someone..

Nice big room and old rustic look.

The bathroom fittings in our room were a little tired (the rail supporting the shower somewhat loose, the basin tap a bit stiff). It would have been nice to have a safe in the room.

Magnificent location opposite the St Trudpert Kloster with good parking and convenient public transport. Comfortable and well appointed accommodation and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfasts.

Excellent service despite late arrival, we had a nice room with homely feeling, cellar with medieval feeling offering small library and small self service bar, calm and nice location.
