If I could turn off main light on the bed, it might be much better =D (or didn't I find any switch=0?) / After taking a shower, the floor became wet so easily =( / Except those things, there are nothing to complain=)

Coffee machine, compliment drink (sparkling water), kind staffs, comfort and cleaned room, good location (close to U-bahn station(Aegidientorplatz) by walk 2~3 minutes, close to new city hall by walk 4~5 minutes), etc.

The room was not very clean, there were some hairs on bed linen, spider webs on ceiling and a weird smell. The bathroom also had unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. We only stayed one night so it was bearable.

Great location and comfortable bed, it was also very quiet. A plus that there is a coffee machine, very convenient to have a quick coffee in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay.

One of the two towels in the bathroom was wet - I was concerned it might have been used by someone previously so we both used the other one! It was very expensive for a fairly standard double room in a hotel with no communal facilities (no bar, breakfast room etc) I think this was because a trade fair was on but over £200 a night was twice what we had paid anywhere else in Germany for more impressive accommodation

The parking situation is really a huge problem. No street parking after 8 pm possible and the park house at the Leinstr. Is not a nice place. Dirty, creepy in the evening. The hotel should try and work something out with the closest park house so traveller's get a deal

Clear instructions for the self-service check in and building felt secure and safe and there were staff around in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short walk into town and there were great bakeries close to the hotel for breakfast.

It was clean, but just some small things were missing to make it exceptional. Cups were not cleaned in between the days and the trash can was not empty at arrival.

There was a faint smell of cigarettes in the room and bathroom. One of the towels had a particularly bad smell due to this. Acoustic isolation was also only OK, we could hear the TV from another room at 1AM.

Great location, really good shower and overall cleanliness was good. The bed had a good size and was comfortable. The contactless check-in and check-out was convenient.

Both mornings around 7 there were some very loud works going on close to my window. Also the room door was not well isolated. People arriving leaving were quite loud waking me up.

Bed is relatively new, but not the most comfortable. I awoke stiff from overnight pressure of mattress springs. Single pillow on offer which was very light and thin. There was no shower gel in the container (only water) and a minimal amount of toilet paper with no spare roll. A new shower head is needed as it was too clogged with calcium and sprayed everywhere.

Easy check in process and access to room. Coffee machine in room. Complimentary water, wifi. Nice hot water.
