Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandMy room was in the 3rd floor and due to 30 degrees outside it was incredibly hot in the room. The breakfast was not worth 10€ and not everything was fresh (no juice left, eggs were cold). I came at 8.30/8.45 so there was still buffet offered for over an hour. There is also too little parking spots and I had to park in the middle of the yard at night when returning from an event.
Good location (I had a car with me), it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was spacious and bathroom was bright which was great. It was definitely enough for a short stay.

United KingdomLocation was poor and very far from Frankfurt city centre.. you need a car to stay at this hotel if not i would nor recooment staying here due to lack of access to city.
Exceptional value for money!!! Very clean & large room. I would defo stay here again if i was driving through the area.

PolandThe S-Bahn station is quite far from the hotel - 20 minutes if walking quickly, more if with luggage. This will not be a problem for people travelling by car, but otherwise I think it may be. A few times the area was a bit noisy, with people talking and playing music just under my window. The stairs might be a problem for elderly people.
The staff was kind and helpful, the contact either first by e-mail or afterwards during the visit unproblematic. The room was clean and quite big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was correct. Breakfasts were good.

Guests should pay attention to the fact this is a Garni Hotel. It is an excellent hotel with good cost versus quality for someone wanting an overnight stop from the Autobahn or if working in the week in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was good value and plentiful. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which I didnt use but it should be noted as there are none in the nearest vicinity. The room I had was a good size and the free WiFi functioned well. At a reasonable cost per night with breakfast for a twin room it was excellent value for money. There was also free parking by the hotel which is an added bonus in a city like Frankfurt. The hotel was clean and quiet despite being reasonaly close to main roads.
