Please change mattress on the bed. I fell to the bottom because it is so soft. I didn't sleep well at night.

Very frendly personal. Room and Washroom vas clean and enought big for two persons. Temperature in the room was confortable 22 degres ,NOT to Hot. Breakfast was tasty and also for people that are hungry in the morning enought. Hotel is Pet friendly and the price for Dog 9€ is akceptable,fair price. Location is top for valking,cycling.....

However, all rooms are located on the first floor or higher, and can't be accessed with a pram. This made it tricky to get the baby into the room when it fell asleep in the pram. Breakfast is served in a different location, about 400 m away from the accommodation. Despite booking a time for breakfast, the hosts were clearly not expecting us and there was no table prepared for us. After about a 15 min wait, the table we were offered was still not very suitable for 4 adults, 1 toddler and a baby in a pram (not sitting up yet). The breakfast was good, but again not suitable for eating with a toddler. The only drinks were coffee and orange juice, no option for a toddler (there were also no plates, cups, cutlery for him) - clearly a new concept that a 2-year old eats! Rather than being served on a buffet, all breakfast options are set out on the table, which was completely overwhelming to a little one. We also had to repeatedly ask for more, since the table was clearly just expected to feed two people. There is a fridge option in the accommodation, which allows the purchase of soft drinks, beers, wine etc on a trust basis recorded on a sheet. It was said that the bill can be paid at breakfast. However, there seems to have been no record of what was bought on previous days and again we had to wait for a rather long time to settle the bill.

We stayed in the family room, which was a great size and had some toys, which were a great bonus. Brekafast was tasty.

We arrived very late, not knowing the Abtei is still ‘working’, so at 06:00 in the morning the church bells started to ring their long melody. Everybody’s day started by then ;)

The Abtei is beautiful located. The staff who let us in after normal check-in time was very very friendly.

* Breakfast is at a local cafe - 300m from the hotel. Ok in good weather, less fun if raining. * Wifi connection was poor. Couldn't get it to work at all at the abbey, worked better in the restaurant

* Shower - very strong pressure and hot temperature. Almost like a massage :o) * Excellent breakfast (and dinner) at the Lindehof Cafe * Free tea, coffee, and snacks (choc) available in the common room, as well as wine, beer and soft drinks to purchase

A pity that this outstanding place is not accessible to all. Not equipped for people with disabilities or walking problems because of staircases and walking distance to breakfast area. Maybe a stair lift could help and a courtesy car could be booked for people in need.

Bathroom was a bit old. There was no proper light in one of the rooms.

There was no reception or restaurant. Breakfast was at a restaurant at about 300 meters away. The restaurant was closed on the evening of August 15 (holiday). We had to take the car to find a restaurant. Room could use some vacuum cleaning. Idea for the hotel: install a charging facility for electric cars, as they are hard to find around there.

Good breakfast, spacious room, nice surroundings (quiet on week-ends, during the week there is some noise because of the nearby kindergarten), friendly people.
