Room very basic. Toilet/ bathroom more of a pod than a room. Sometimes spelt of mildew. Water, towels and toiletries not topped up. Rough towels.

Staff very friendly, Thomas and his son took it upon them to make us feel very welcome. Thomas gave us some fantastic suggestions for other places to visit. The location was great - Booking.com distances from centre incorrect. A 5 minute walk to lake and centre. Good breakfast. Good parking facilities.

We had a room on ground level, right next to the breakfast room. This meant we were woken up by loud guests or staff both mornings we where there. Regarding the breakfast, it is sufficient. I just wonder about the way it was served. Each table got a basket with bread, a plate with meat and a plate with cheese slices. Some further options where offered at a small buffet/table. Either they waste a lot of food, of you get somebodies leftovers when you're unlucky... didn't sit right with me, what happens with the uneaten food??

Great location, just a little walk away from the lake. Easy check in with key box, free parking in the garden. Very lovely breakfast service by a young man who went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful. Old school guest house vibes, felt like going to a grandmas house in the countryside ☺️ Would definitely stay again!

We found some light dust in our room, but it was generally clean. The hallway was briefly audible if other guests moved around nearby

Superb location, town centre and lake within walkable distance. On-site parking and garden to sit in. Really nice neighbourhood with great playground. Fantastic staff, we enjoyed the family-run quality of the hotel. They were very accommodating of our toddler in our double room. Our double room had a south-facing balcony and a separate, small kitchen. The breakfast was small but always fresh!

The room is ready for a little modernisation and tlc. The balcony needs a.good clean and painting as the paint was all flaking off the railings. Quite a lot of cobwebs on the balcony and quite a few up high in the room, attention to detail is required when charging this price. Breakfast was basic but ok.

The location was perfect and very central, 2 minute walk amd you are in the cemtre. Good amount of parking and very secure for our motorbike. The owner was very friendly and we used their free cycles to explore the whole of the lake.

the bathroom is very tiny, just a resin cabin. ok for one nigh, could be difficult for a long holiday. the room doesn’t have air conditioned which could be hard in summer. it’s ok if you don’t mind sleeping with windows and velux open

it was very clean and the staff super friendly. the location is perfect, quiet surroundings but very close to the beach.

I didn't like to leave the place!

Thomas the owner was waiting for me and we had a very nice chat. The room was perfect. Very clean and i liked it. Breakfast was also very good. I enjoyed my visit. I liked the car parking and it is in a walking distance from the Titisee lake
