The main bedroom faces a busy street which makes it difficult to keep windows open at night, so it got extremely warm. Parking was around the corner in a pool parking lot, so we were fortunate to find an open spot.

Apartment was extremely clean and spacious.

OK facility but off location from hotel. Very little parking on-site only 3 places. Constant walking between hotel and apartments...just as well it wasn't raining!

OK if you realise its apartments and not a hotel

Although I finally found a street parking place opposite to the entrance door, it takes you quite long to reach the appartment (you have to open 3 doors with 3 different keys, which is quite bothersome when you are carrying 2 suitcases). There was no curtain in the kitchen, so the neighbours could see you from quite nearby in the kitchen and the hall. One of the neighbours was looking at the window every 10 minutes while smoking his cigarette.

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipment with all necessary things.

It was not communicated that the appartment was not in the same building. So expectations were not met. At the other hand, the appartment was perfect.

The appartment was spacious, clean, well equipped. Windows with excellent screens for the night. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. We stayed only one night travelling. Lovely possibilities for a longer stay.

The cleaning staff would arrive at different times everyday and if I was still in the room, they would leave and not return. I didn't get fresh towels very often as a result; only once during my two week stay! Also, non-guests parked in the guest parking regularly and made it difficult to park. I reported this twice to the office and nothing ever changed or seemed to be done about it.

Parking - at one of the locations for the apartments, there were 3 parking spaces for the Weingaertner (others were private, for local residents). On 2 of the three nights we stayed there, all the parking places were occupied when we came back to the apartment after dark. We had to park a couple of blocks aways from our apartment. At the other location there was no identified parking for the Weingaertner, just limited on-street parking. One of the two apartments we rented had sleeping accommodations for 4, but only 1 bedroom. There was a futon in the living room for the other two people. Unfortunately access to the single bathroom in the apartment was through the bedroom.

We rented two apartments for our group of 8 and one of the apartments had two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining area. Good supply of dishes and cooking utensils.

I got app. #11, it should be better to rename it to "1408" There isn't air conditioner and even a fan. For summer time, when temperature is over 25, there is no chance to sleep without opened windows. The building is opposite main Seckenheim's street, where trams are running until 1am. You have not use alarm, because the next building is a church with bell tower - 6am alarm is guaranteed. If it doesn't work, landing jet wake up you with 100%. Wooden floor makes sounds on every step. Breakfast is poor for 8 Euro cost No microwave owen

Daily cleaning, authentic building, good kitchen stuff

We visited Heidelberg for a day and were looking for a place to sleep. Everything was overpriced and we found this place in Mannhein with a better price. Of course we didnt have big expectations but this place was just so great we couldnt believe we had found it for that price. Big room with a small kitchen and good bathroom. Wifi working good and tv also. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

Internet per cable in the appartment not working, but they were working already on a solution, very early woken up Saturday due to works in neighboring building

Very friendly staff, late arrival no problem, very good food at the restaurant

    - Poor warm water heating system in the bathroom. Could only be used by 3 persons in a row, and then another had to wait for a few hours for the water to heat up. - No kettle and microwave

    - Large space. Bedroom, living room, and kitchen are all separated. - Big sofa enough for 4 persons - Free parking area along the street (but may be difficult to find one)

No WiFi connection. The aparment was rather dark, because most of the windows faced inside courtyard. No private parking lot, so finding a place can be hard.

The apartment was newly furnished. It had individual heating. Breakfast was tasty, for a reasonable price. Very quiet. Close to local train station that can take you both to Heidelberg and Mannheim centre. Shops and restaurant within few minutes walk.

No Espresso machine for breakfast. That is not state of the art anymore. big rooms with OK but clean bathroom No desk to stit at in the room. However staff told me it will change soon. So when you make Reservation, request a desk and a chair in the room. They will give it to you.

Location is a bit out from downtown Mannheim, but is a very nice coszy village. Staff is very friendly. Nice old Castle type house well renovated and excellent Food.
