Very nice apartment - quiet, comfortable and, of course, with a great jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good, too. Parking on site; perfect location for those, who are not big fans of busy places.

Room was a good size and was very clean, with excellent shower. We enjoyed our included "Reich-haltiges Fruhstuck" i.e breakfast. The location is a few Km outside Monschau but it was a pleasant drive in to walk round the town and a lovely place to relax outside it.

Cosy room in a "Gasthaus". Perfect for families, as it has a separate room with bunk bed, perfect for the kids! The hotel has a restaurant that you can use for dinner. Nice German breakfast ;)

We went in everywhere we could, to try and find out where the keys were. There was no one behind the reception desk, then we asked at the restaurant. The beds were pretty basic and uncomfortable. The bedside touch lamp, becomes very hot to touch, these should be replaced. Breakfast was at the restaurant next door, with plenty of steps, I have recently had a knee replacement, walking stairs was very difficult. No one can speak English, or understand our Dutch, this was very surprising.

The bunk beds were'nt the best and we thought we'll be closer to Monschau.

Just on top of Monschau, big comfy room, the food is good and the portion huge. It was pretty quiet to sleep even if the road is just close by. We had a nice and secure place to leave our bikes. Marc and his team were kind enought to send me back thru mail some gear that I had forgotten, very nice from him!

Hot water did not work in the morning when we needed to shower. Traveling with daughter who uses a walker, and even though she can do stairs, it was difficult - the stairs are metal, to a balcony - and there was a lot of snow. The short path from the top of the stairs to the entry door was piled with snow. We were also not aware that the apartment was about 3kms from the main Gasthaus - and breakfast. Internet did not work.

Expected it to be a bit closer to the medieval centre of Monschau, but the truth is we didn't analyse the map properly before booking. Yet if we ever returned to that area, we would choose the same guesthouse for sure.

Spacious room, much larger than we expected, well equipped and quiet despite the road nearby. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food. A very good place to rest after a day of sightseeing. Interesting surroundings, too, if you like walking and exploring places.

I would prefer it a little bit cheaper.

The room was pretty basic, but clean, light and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, with a pot of coffee on our table. We did a nice walk in the area.

The bathroom needs updating, it smelled of damp.

The breakfast was excellent, such a wide choice of meats, cheese, fruit, breads. The room was a good size and clean. Not too far from the centre of Monschau but not within walking distance.

The bed was a little too soft for my taste and the pillows are really thin. but that, again, is a matter of personal opinion. and that's about all of the less nice things that come to mind, overall a very good experience for the price you pay.

Nice location close to Monschau and located beautifully in the hills. Easy to find and acces with a parkinglot in front of the door. The Restaurant and Bierkeller attached are of fair quality and the service was nice. The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was spotless and the shower was really good, enough water pressure, hot water and a nice showercabin. The included breakfast was good, enough to choose from.
