    Breakfast too basic.

Historical building in the small city center. Very close to the highway. Basic, clean rooms. With a little bit of renovation it would be great place.

The room smell of old smoke from cigarettes. We got a small discount for that, which was a nice gesture

It was a very convenient location as we just needed a good sleep on our way from Sweden to France.

Warning for the hotwater - dangerously hot in the shower - ought to be adjusted!

We liked to stay in a historical place with a lot of original features. Quiet surroundings and free parking outside the guesthouse. Nice, spaciuos room, nicely decorated.

wireless was not very reliable. I was hoping for the fire place to be on (the pics of the fireplace are one of the reasons why I chose that place) but the reception was closed when I arrived.

    the bed, the cozyness

The hotel combines a convenient location close to the motorway half-way through Germany (when going to Denmark!) with a very agreeable atmosphere and 'old-time-inn' authentic style. The staff is friendly and efficient and the service is high-level.

We liked staying in an historical inn and the location was quiet while still being in the center of town. The church bells woke us up, but we enjoyed it! The dining room was very good. Staff was a real plus, especially one very overworked young woman who seemed to perform all functions - and she did it very well and all with a smile on her face. They were very grqcious about a mistqke I made wi thenbooking as well.
