Certainly not an environment that I found conducive for sleep, but this was primarily due to noise generated by persons outside or otherwise bunking in the room and therefore out of the establishment's control.

Reception was quick and polite.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I'm fully aware of what I am getting for the price I am paying. However, this time, I was disappointed. The blanket on the bed had stains, and the shower curtain had black specs, which after closer inspection turned out to be mould. We checked in and left immediately, so we only noticed those things very late (1am) when we came back. Considering it was a night stay, we didn't want to make a fuss at that time of night. There was a very loud group of teenagers on our floor that did not stop running up and down the corridors till 0330 am, which means we did not get to sleep till thay time.

It's very central, which is why I always book with this hotel when in HH. The staff is always friendly and they always answer any questions one might have about the hotel or the area in general. The rooms fulfil all the basics.

The bathroom was ridiculously small -if I noticed that in the pictures beforehand, I would have booked another place. All I expect from a hostel is that they provide a decent bed and a bathroom; and in this case the bathroom was a failure.

The location was good, in the sense that the hauptbahnhof and the ubahn station were nearby. It didn’t feel super safe, yes, but it helps that the hostel is located on a main street. It was also great that they had lots of lockers where people can leave their suitcases. A small locker costs 2 euros for 6 hours.

- The bunks were really weak , like if someone lying at the bottom moves then the whole bed moves and vice-versa. - There should have minimum amenities

- The location is amazing, very close to everything. Highly recommended specifically for location - Staff behavior is good

5 euros for a towel rental seemed a little excessive. 9 euros for breakfast also little excessive. Not sure if toilet and tiny shower in the room is a good idea.

The location is very sketchy, a lot of dodgy types outside, probably why the hotel is locked and you need a key to get inside even in the daytime. Some of the other guests were very loud and obnoxious, running around the hallways shouting and listening to loud music. The bathroom is tiny and like one you would have on a ferry haha

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is very practical for if you’re traveling by train, and downtown is easily accessible by foot. Rooms were clean and kept noise out surprisingly well.

Staff is very helpful and the location provides you easy access to multiple public transport. There are many shops and restaurants around.
