the room, was placed under ground. from time to time there was a noise of an equipment.

the restaurant was nice, good chicken curry. and also the breakfast was good. the personel was polite.

One of the mattresses was kind of broken, having a hollow in the middle, i guess it was due to wear and tear.

The main room light didn't work, however I didn't report this to the staff as it could have been I wasn't doing something right. Didn't bother me as the two lamps either end of the room was plenty sufficient

The staff were great, provided Information about breakfast and checkout times when asking them. Room was compact however still felt spacious

The only slight downside for me was I smelt cig smoke in my room. I’m not sure if it was from the stairs on the outside of my window or in the room itself.

Perfect location to visit music venue das bett Staff member was very helpful when checking me in. Price was pretty fair I believe. Good wifi which isn’t the case for a lot of hotels

The smoke alarm was blinking rapidly and was not properly color coded. It was not a standard smoke alarm. The fire alarm switch was coded with a blue color when it should be painted red. This is an issue for individuals that don't speak German. The minibar menu price should be thrown away if reception won't guarantee those prices. There was also no refrigerator. They should take the sign off since they sell at higher prices at the reception. I also had to request a water heater since they didn't have it in the room. The water was luke warm, and they didn't offer ice when requested. Apparently, they don't sell ice. The air-conditioner would also turn on by itself when I had it off.

The location to the Airport and Skyline Plaza is convenient.

Nice, clean and cozy room with twin bed. Air conditioner available. 5 min to tram by walk. Breakfast for 10 eur(was not included in my reservation)

The buildings are apart from each other along a not so nice street, but is manageable

The relation price/facilities is great, we were assigned a room under the street level and was surprisingly quiet and comfortable

They have the Hotel pictured and then three other building in the same street, parking was horrible in the evening! Breakfast was not worth the money! Also hated that the front and back door is open 24/7

The hotel is in a dark industrial estate, very weird place to have a hotel. The room I was given wasn't in the corridors with the rest of the rooms but was a converted fire exit in the stairwell, the window inside was a fire exit door that opened onto alleyway stairs. I feel I was given this room because I paid the booking.com price but all rooms should be of a standard, this one being on the stairs meant people were passing the door all day and night and it was very loud.

Clean room and friendly staff, reasonable price. The bed mattress was very comfortable.

A somewhat challenging location to find and the facilities are disjointed and not intuitive to navigate. I helped numerous other guests find the reception, the second building, and the entrance to the second building.
