The carpet inside our room was old and looked dirty. The stairwell smelled of food because of the restaurant right next to the Hotel. They often leave the door open to the kitchen ... what is not that great.

Everything was cleaned very well. Everything was functional. The room was in good condition. The location was near enough to get into berlin city. The Subway and bus was easy to reach and is very good to use in berlin

The elevator was out of service when we arrived at night. I had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor by myself.

My recent stay at Atlantic Hotel was fantastic! The atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees, it is a small hotel but maintained professionally. The room + bath was spacious, clean, and stylish, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff's friendly and professional service added to the overall positive experience. There are bus connections within 2-3 minutes from hotel.

Everthin was good but the one thing I would like to add is the behaviour of the lady at the reception desk, the one who is dealing with all the guests. She is so kind and humble and top of that she is very cooperative. I had a flight that day, and I forgot to print some important documents of mine, I just asked her in this regard. And she helped me, and literally save my day!!!

There is no kettle nor fridge, which I had known, but having no towel was something I didn't expect. Without plugging in/out, TV could not be switched on/off. It is a bit far from the city centre and train/tube stations.

This was my 2nd stay and what I expected was almost all there. The room is very clean. Simple but well maintained and organsied. Spacious storage place. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. A big shopping mall (Gropius Arcade), which is connected to a metro station is a bit far but still in the walking distance (about 15 Min), where you can basically buy everything you need.

It was kinda from the city center. But you have very good connections with the subway. It was easy to get anywhere from the hotel.

It was a clean and neat place. Personal is friendly and very welcoming. We felt safe and it was really warm in the room. We appreciated the warmness, especially with the rainy and cold weather in Berlin in November.

That there is no kettle in the room or coffee/tea facilities. The room was quite warm, especially the bathroom and there is a constant soft noise from the bathroom ventilation.

The one and only thing we didn’t like was the elevators wasn’t working working after 20.00 that was weird indeed.

The room is so lovely, in a circle shape, has many windows and receive so much sun light.

There was quite a confusion about the payment. First I put my cc (actually it's a prepaid debit card) in the system and a few days after the booking, the hotel tried to charge half of the cost (which rarely happened to me). Due to lack of amount, transaction was cancelled. I needed to change my cc 2 times after that, but in the end I paid at the hotel during the check-in.... in cash because they said their card machine is broken and they only accept cash. Based on other users' reviews, I already came prepared, so all is good... but the confusion before that was annoying. Elevator unfortunately stop functioning from 8pm. It wasn't a problem for me, but I imagine it's hard for disabled people and family with little children/child carriage. So if you're one of them, I won't recommend this hotel. Somehow I'm not sure about the soundproofing. It's not too bad and still quiet in general... but sometimes you can hear other guests (oops) or noises from outside; it's faint, but still audible to me.

A nice hotel, looks like it's run by family or small company. When I arrived, the lady at the reception was kind and helpful. There was a miscommunication about the room at first; I asked for a non-smoking room but got the opposite, but she managed to change it. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean (shower & bathtub) with towels, 2in1 shampoo-soap, and small hairdryer. Quiet area, far from city center, but close enough to the Airport and there's a quite big shopping center about 15 minutes walking distance. A bit expensive due to big event (Berlin Marathon) but the cheapest we can find and price worthy in the end.

Location is really far from the city center. I was using rental bike and it was about 45 min to get to Kreuzberg. The bed is small and pillow is not comfortable
