It would have been good to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks.

The location, near to a train into the centre was ideal for us. A beer garden and food store nearby as well as walking distance to the Canal and park. The staff were efficient, warm and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and new.

In the pictures there was a work desk but there was no actual desk in the room. I had a couple of luggages and it was difficult to carry it to the room, so many different stares and the floor outside was with a rocks design so couldn't even push the bags, had to carry there as well

S-Bhan is a quick 2 mins walk. Room was spacious, bright and clean. Wifi is good. there are couple of supermarkets around, but within 15-20 mins walking distance

The walls of the room are not soundproof at all. You can hear the guests in the room next to yours talking as if they are standing almost next to you. And what's worse - snoring at night :(

My room turned out to be so much better than it looked on the photos here. It was very spacious, bright, clean and even had a balcony. The guesthouse has 5 or 6 locations in the area, I lived in the one on Verdistrasse 21 where the check-in office is situated too. This location is perfect, 2 minutes from the S ban station (where you can take the train and be in the center of Munich in 20 minutes), there's a sports bar with great prices also 2 minutes away, a huge supermarket Edeka is maybe 10-15 minutes away. I loved the bed, very comfy and the blanket is warm and new and there's even a heater by the entrance in case it's cold. The staff is exceptionally nice and welcoming.

It was good in general. Clean. I couldn't meet the staff, but everything was good. Can cook yourself a breakfast if you want. They kindly provide with tea bags for your convinience.

The biggest downside was that there did not seem to be air conditioning included. I saw a machine in the room that appeared to be for air conditioning, and I fiddled with it for about 20 minutes until I just simply gave up. I do not believe that it was active. Luckily, I was able to open the window and the evening air kept me cool enough. Also, they did not staff the front desk 24/7, and they did not apparently arrive on scene until 9 am on a Saturday morning. This was unfortunate for me after I realized that I had left my charger in my room and had already dropped my keys in the drop box. But this is definitely not a dealbreaker for me. It is understandable hours for a smaller operation like this, and I would happily stay again.

The room was clean, and the facilities were well-kept. I really enjoyed the homely bed and breakfast feel of the place. It was in an unbeatable location for me, just meters from the train stop and from my family's neighborhood. The staff at check-in were nice too and spoke English, which helped a lot for a tourist like me. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable too. I loved that they provided tea and bread in the dining area. The neighborhood was quite nice. It was based off of a rather main street in the neighborhood but the noise was not an issue.

As it was a very humid day and it started to rain at night we could not simply open the rooftop window. In that case an AC would have been great.

Getting to the hotel was totally easy after taking the bus from the Munich Pasing station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Using a taxi brought us in time to Castle Nymphenburg and the party location.

There is no fridge in the room. At least, a tiny one would be nice to have there. The walls are a bit thin. Your neighbors might overhear whatever you do or talk in your room.

A common area where you can buy some snacks, soda, and beer. You can sit with your friends there. The area is quiet. You can park your car easily.

The property has multiple locations - it's best to find out ahead of time which location is available or has booked you into. They are not far from each other (a few hundred meters) however it might make a difference if you are walking and planning to reach the subway in, let's say, 5 minutes (from other property it might be 11minutes.. or 15minutes.. etc).

Location is very clean, staff is extremely attentive to offer any service or support we might need as travellers. Although I have arrived very late after many hours of riding, they accommodated my time and check-in process was very smooth.

Only two points to improve... 1. We arrived at 3pm and the room wasn't ready, so maybe confirm the check in time before arriving. 2. Parking is HORRIBLE! They have a very small lot suitable for about 3-4 cars but squeezing in 5-6, which meant we were trapped in a number of times when wanting to leave.

GREAT service and space! The room was super clean and very modern. The bed was the comfiest we had on this trip. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly receptionists. Check out even easier by leaving the key in a box on the way out.
