The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Also, while the staff were okay, they seemed annoyed when asked questions.

Great location, close to attractions and transport. Spacious, clean rooms with plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was generous and exceeded expectations, with a good variety of fresh options. Convenient and secure on-site parking was a big plus.

The parking was a little hard to find because the usual entrance was closed and GPS kept sending me to the wrong place. For a non-couple, the shower arrangement was weird because there was no way to screen off the glass shower door plus there was a full length mirror opposite that showed the person in the shower. We managed but it was good we were only there for one night.

This is a very modern hotel - so generic in feel. The staff were very nice and helpful - they even escorted my 91-year-old Uncle to the room (complicated because it took 2 elevators) while I parked the car in the nearby deck. The breakfast buffer was fabulous. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see.

Clima not working, no vantilation of the bathroom. Noise from upstairs/lift for the whole night - we could hear rolling of some trolleys and people walking all night. No bin and no towel/towel rug provided in the toilet. Parking place is available only until 11pm-if you arrive later than 11pm, you cannot enter the parking and have to search for a parking place on the street. Parking place is on the public parking anyway (building connected with the hotel), paid separately, not to the hotel.

Just next to Erfurt old Town, convenient for sightseeing. Very tasty and various buffet breakfast.

Could really use a mini fridge and kettle/coffee machine in the room. Water pressure a bit low in the shower.

Perfectly situated in the city, 10 minutes on foot from the main railway station, 5 minutes from the old town. A supermarket right next door, multiple restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful at the reception and especially at breakfast. Room was great value for money (with the minor downsides mentioned below), absolutely comfortable. Great and delicious selection at breakfast. Altogether a very pleasant experience, would be happy to stay here again.

GREAT location! From the front door, you’re in one of the best parts of the city. Connected to the building and around the corner, there is a large grocery store! Walkable into all parts of beautiful Erfurt!

No complaints, just recommendations: a standard room isn’t equipped with either an electric kettle or refrigerator, so plan accordingly. A different shower head might enhance the water pressure’s intensity.

A new, clean midrange short-stay property near Erfurt’s central Altstadt. Comfortable bed, blackout drapes with full coverage, and a well-insulated room. Simple but ample breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Fully-stocked grocery store nearby.

Little privacy if there are two people in the room. Clear glass door on the shower. No problem if travelling on your own though.

Fantastic hotel. Seems quite new. Near Hirschgarten Tram Stop. 10 minutes walk from the main train station. About 5 minutes walk from Anger. Rewe supermarket next door. Very clean and comfortable room. Great bathroom with good water pressure. Very quiet. Loved the curtains which gave great blackout effect. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of interesting choices. Delicious. Staff were all friendly and professional. I felt like a valued customer.

The hotel was perfect. The entire hotel had a very new feeling. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered my questions about the city and where to eat dinner on the day we arrived. Our room was lovely and very clean. We only stayed one night as we were on a road trip and weren't able to spend time in Erfurt. I definitely would recommend H2 Hotel Erfurt. Parking was very convenient, too, which is always a bonus.

Brand new modern hotel and so clean everywhere. Fabulous tasty breakfast even when it was very crowded on Saturday when there were so many guests due to a Festival in Erfurt. Absolutely delicious coffee, the freshest of breads, cheeses, yoghurt etc. it was exceptional and the staff were delightful. Centrally located for everything there is to see in pretty Erfurt. Comfortable beds with good quality linen and lovely toiletries. If I am in this area again, I will return for sure.
