I acknowledge we did not realise and were a bit on the limit, but this does not give the cleaning lady permission to open the door, enter the room while I was on my underwear, and shout at us in an incredibly rude manner. She literally kept on screaming at me, inside the room, with the door open for everyone outside to see how I was changing clothes. This is simply unacceptable. It was 9.57 (I am sure because I checked when she finally left after humiliating us). We left the room at 10.02.

Location is convenient as it is close to both train and bus station, as well as public transportation. Many mostly fast food restaurants around, and a supermarket. It was pretty clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was outside the room, you could hear so much noise from all the rooms because the walls are fake, all the noise from the street came in. It is a very busy street, it is located next to a well-known bar. Its length was 4 meters long by 3 meters wide, you couldn't even walk, they gave me a very small room. The next day I arrived, I asked kindly if they would change me because I realized that there were double rooms with double the space and they said that the hotel was full, which was not true, this is the worst thing that booking allows scams like this that profit from our money by stealing from us in that way

The hotel is located above a club (we only found out on arrival). Check-in was at a different location (but within walking distance). The rooms are not very soundproof, so we could hear people outside our door.

The room and shared toilets are very clean. Towels are replaced daily. The staff was friendly during the collection of keys.

The internet was very bad, there was nothing to dink at least water, no glasses. We Asian people like to drink tea, warm tea after rainy day. Please put at least teaport and glasses

The carpet in the room was very dirty, not dirty in looking, but inside it wasn't washed, I think for ages.

When I couldn't find the hotel address due to extra fatigue of trip(the address was written up in the first row of the contract page 😃), there was a gentleman from sleep hotel didn't know his name but he was regionally from Iran bring me all the way to the room and saved my night from being worst to best. Thanks to that Iranian man.

It was weird that the "check-in" took place somewhere else and the location of the check-in was also changed upon short notice only after I had booked. That would not fit people who have difficulty moving long distances with luggage back and forth.

The room itself was great and the location was conveniently just a few stops from the train station.

We got backview and looked into a rather dirty Backstreet. On the positive note it blocked the street noice. When we got to the adress that was on the booking order, it was a locked and normal entrance. We had to call the number and was then guided to another street where the reception was located. The parking was in yet another street. So this was rather confusing and time demanding prosess. The people where helpfull however. The adress on booking.com should have been the one to reception. Also the neighbourhood is a bit rough. Many bestander, beggars, drifters etc.

The room is Just as Nice as shown in pictures. It is clean and Nice. The location is good and close to shopping street, restaurants etc.

Well, it’s my fourth time in this hotel and - unfortunately - I’m pretty disappointed. I had extremely noisy neighbors, so I couldn’t rest during the daytime, or sleep at night. I didn’t even have the ‘do not disturb’ hanger to hang it on my door handle, so the cleaning staff was interrupting me every morning.

Seems clean on the surface but lacks a proper clean - especially the curtains. Reception is 2 long blocks away which is super annoying to find out you already passed it on your way from station with all your bags and then have to lug everything back. Checkout was at 11 but could hear the loud cleaners from other rooms nearby at 9am and the cleaners then were knocking were on my door at 10 making me feel very rushed.

Room was very basic - I thought there was private bathroom but it was shared. Bathroom ran out of hand soap/anything to wash your hands with and yet they'll have a go at you for not wearing a mask for 10 seconds when you go down to the reception area to walk out of the building. Typical covid nonsense. Location in St Georges not exactly the most pleasant area/neighbourhood but that is a matter of taste. TV did not work in the room at all WiFi connection was very unstable and most of the time did not work which was not helpful given the fact that I wanted to work. Staff not the most helpful and sometimes absent.

Room was a decent size, clean and fairly comfortable and location was quite central, right in the middle of St Georges area
