There is a parking problem. You need to get the garage for extra pay. No way to get parking on the road. It was not mentioned that there is extra pay for parking. Also their garage is with an elevator, so not good for a big car. Also the elevator to the room is pretty slow. The room and the shower are pretty small. They close the office at 10pm, for late check inn their is a box with key and you have to figure out yourself how to get in the room and into the garage. The front desk staff is not very customer friendly, especially the evening shift. The choice of tv channels are no good.

Sound insulation isn't great, so the quality of sleep depends a bit on the respectfulness of the guests in the neighbouring rooms.

This is a slightly older looking hotel, but everything is spotless clean, the room is well organized, and the staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. Late checkin was possible using the "key vending machine" on the outside with a code they'll phone you, works smoothly.

Located nearby the train station, it is then a 10-15 min walk to the center and to the park near the river. Very clean and with enough space to spent a peaceful night and a good bath.

The room was compact but very comfy, with everything nice and clean. Location-wise it was very close to the centre of the city so an easy walk to the river, the Altstadt and the Deutsches Eck. They also allowed me to store my bike in the cellar, which was much appreciated.

The breakfast room and choice of food was excellent. The staff were always friendly,polite and accommodating. I was there as my Birthday was approaching and I needed a holiday...and I had been trying to get to Germany ,to see the fireworks for quite a few years!!!

Quite a walk to the old town and the river. Also near the railway, with trains running most of the night.

It was very nosey in the morning because we had to keep the windows open to stay cool. Was not able to look over the city because the building is only five floors.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't like the view in our first room and they changed it immediately. They had a fan in the room. The room had space to walk around in and the bathroom could accommodate two people. It was clean. The breakfast was great. They had hot and cold food. The garage only accommodates 12 cars, so please call ahead to make reservations. It is a 15-minute walk straight to the river to walk the boardwalk all the way to the ECK. It was a nice location. We were glad they spoke English well.
