Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe child's bed, or rather, a fold-out sofa bed, was unsuitable for sleeping. It had a very thin mattress, and you could feel the springs through it. The broken sink in room number 209 needs to be replaced, as it reflects poorly on the hotel. Very expensive parking nearby, 21 euros per night, the hotel does not offer free parking and it is impossible to park on the street
The hotel is well-located, clean, and comfortable. It offers a very good buffet breakfast and 24-hour access to the kitchenette where you can make coffee, tea, etc. I recommend it for an overnight stay on your way to another location.

AustriaUnfortunately we had a room with bathroom door not closing (the door got slightly crooked and it is not something you could easily repair, one would need new door/new lock system). There are not enough space (hooks or rails) to place three wet towels-we had to use clothes cupboard to hang our towels and just leave jackets on the only shelf there is. The save in the room was not working, to be fair-we were too lazy to ask for it being fixed. To bed for the third person (sofa-bed) is way too thin and you could feel all the metal springs in the mattress.
Very nice location, if things works properly-very good value for money.

United KingdomFound a dirty tissue in one of the cabinets in the room so likely not cleaned thoroughly after previous guests. Breakfast serving space too crammed and selection basic.
Easy check-in/out, ability to leave luggage, room had tea making facilities and sofa bed was set-up when we arrived. Waffle making facilities great hit with children.

Czech RepublicThe room was slightly crammed with the unfolded sofa. But for the short stay and the price totally acceptable.
I really appreciated the sound proof windows – you don't hear the trains at all while the windows are closed. Shower was really nice. Breakfast had enough options to choose from and is included in the price.

Czech RepublicHotel parking is very limited, and it can't be reserved before your arrival. Yet Booking.com shows there's a [P] Parking and [P] Street parking at the hotel. It would be fair to note "first come - first served." Luckily, we found underground parking at Adacom Business Center (2 min walk) for 18.00 EUR/day (street/railway parking was fully occupied either), but it was little awkward to seek for the nearby parking late night after all day traveling... Breakfast is rather average. It will fill you up, but not very tasty.
Simple modern hotel at affordable price, with convenient location near to the old town (in walking distance), Nuremberg airport (~20 min drive) and railway station (right next to the hotel). The staff at the reception was very helpful and accommodating (late check-in). We stayed only for bed and breakfast, but the hotel would also be a good choice for business travelers, thanks to its location and excellent connection to anywhere in Nuremberg.

Perfect location. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes on foot from metro, main train station, tram stop, oldtown. Personal was helpful. Room was a bit small for 3 people. It had an additional sofa for 3-rd person, the sofa was rather comfortable. The room, bathroom, bedding, towels were clean, tidy. Our room was silent. There were cups and the kettle in our room. Our room was silent. Breakfast was from 06:00. It was very good, with a plenty of chose.
