TV remote was out of order. I could not switch on TV . Tea cup was dirty hence I failed to drink tea.

More attention should be given to cleaning. The first day, the towels were taken from our friends room, but not replaced.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in January. The breakfast was great, a lot of options and available for a long period of time (from 7 to 11 in the morning). The room was ok during our stay, quiet, but I don't think it was cleaned before our arrival - the floor definitely wasn't. The hotel is situated in the city center.

The rooms are very basic, a bit old fashion. Very soft beds. The neighborhood is very entertaining area, not necessary good for family with kids. We also couldn’t use the parking.

No fridge in the room. When hiring a hotel room, I do note leave my room key with front desk staff when going out. I would have no problem paying a key deposit.

This hotel was in a good location, a short walk to Reeperbahn Sbahn station. The area is full of young girls working the streets at night who all come after you "offering their services" which is a bit off-putting but otherwise it was ok. Plenty of bars around and some nice little restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and polite, especially the ladies at breakfast who are very attentive. The breakfast was very good. Nice selection, something for everyone to start the day. The price was good for a city center hotel - We stayed three nights from Sunday to Wednesday so maybe more expensive for weekend nights. The room was very clean and also very quiet considering the area it is located in.

The area/street was a bit dodgy, wouldn´t walk there on my own. The parking cellar was also rather dark and the car was parked on a moveable surface.

Really nice breakfast. The staff at reception was friendly, serviceminded and helpful. Nice room with bathtub and comfortable bed. Nice to be able to have a cup of coffee at the room. Quiet location (on a monday, don´t know about weekends).

Definitely, the only shortcoming of the hotel is WIFI. It was only in the lobby and the internet connection was cut off as soon as I left the lobby. Being without internet in our room was a bit annoying. And there were no slippers to walk the room.

The breakfast is simply great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff was doing a good job. The employees helped me with the roads, described every place and showed me the way. :) Thank you so much again.

Parking was tough. They have an underground parking area but it had run out of spaces for us. First in best dressed. Finding parking nearby was a tad challenging.

Great location for seeing the interesting sights and culture of St Pauli. Lovely breakfast, terrific and caring staff. As good as you can get for families for the price in that particular part of town. We'd stay there again. Thanks Hotel Hanseport! :)

It is the middle of summer, so its very warm. and therefore too noisy to sleep with the windows open. This is not a complaint, it is to be expected but it was very warm.

Location was excellent, Exactly where we wanted/needed to be for this visit. Close to all the Reeperbahn spots we know and love.

Very uncomfortable double bed - large gap between two mattresses. The glass wall in the bathroom is too small. Poor breakfast. Very poor soundproofing.

Great location, in a quiet street. We had no issues with noise at all. It is situated near to the harbour and the Reeperbahn. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Comfortable and clean room. Great breakfast.
