The parking is on the street and fortunately, when we arrived a little later than expected, there was still one sot available. It was however at the other end of the street, so we had to double park at first to take out our luggage.

A comfortable stay for the price. A beautiful setting off the room as well, with a view to several nice yards and small gardens. The breakfast was excellent, and friendly with both the other guests and staff.

The area is not really attracktive

Reasonable accommodation not far from Autobahn. Good for one night. Good communication with owner and safe parking arranged on request.

Everything was just right at the price

If you have to be in this town/city then this is a really good budget option.its a little 15 minute from the station by foot but an easy stroll and you are then right at the start of the real centre.rooms were good and functional, good enclosed smokers area and an all round good hotel

Not for those looking for a modern-style decoration (this was not a problem for us at all).

The staff was very helpful, the room and the bathroom were very clean and equipped, and the breakfast was really tasty and full of options. Arranging a late check-in (23:30 hs) was not a problem at all.

There wasn't tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would have liked, but there were cold drinks (soft and alcoholic) available to buy from the lobby at reasonable prices.

Haus Charlotte is a traditional guesthouse, the decor is dated (very 70's!) but everything is very clean and in good order. It had a homely old-world feel! The beds were basic but comfortable, the room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in and the shower was really good. There was also soap and shower gel, a hairdryer and water and glasses in the room. The breakfast was good, self-serve continental and everything was fresh. The grounds are well kept with nice garden furniture, it was nice to sit out and have a beer. The guesthouse is in a quiet street close to the centre of Badd Nendorf with good local shops and there's a very nice park within 5 minutes walk. The owners were very friendly and spoke fluent English which was really good as my German is really bad!

Bedding comforters were child size..difficult to cover an adult. Bedding pillows were flat and seemed very old and worn as we're towels.
