Rooms are generally big, view from flat (lowest floor) is to hillside, road and traintrack across Mosel and a bit of Mosel river. The Center/City/Castle is not in view.

    Nothing

The apartment is huge, living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom... and super complete, there is nothing missing. The wifi is excellent. The towels and the bed are really, really excellent. I had a wonderful time at Haus Flora.

Quality of WiFi/Internet was quite poor, but this was partially due to my slow laptop performance

Very comfortable and roomy fully equiped apartment.

For the larger apartment; you can hear the trains go by but if you aren't used to total silence, it's no big deal. For the studio; the mattresses were pretty thin and hard, and the bed/mattresses kept sliding apart. My guess is that most guests that book this studio are a couple, and would like to have a bed that doesn't force you to stay on your side of it. Maybe adding a 2-person "topper mattress" would solve both problems at once. Also, the view from the studio is towards the parking spaces. Since it's about 70cm below street level, you look right into any vehicles parked there.

We rented 2 apartments, one 2-bedroom and a studio on the same floor. The bigger apartment (number F2) had a very spacious living room, nice big balcony and a beautiful view over the river and opposite hills. Bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 pot stove, large fridge, storage room with washing machine. The smaller studio (F3) was small but nicely equipped, 2 large opening windows and one in the bathroom as well. No dishwasher or washing machine, but it does come with a regular coffee machine, water boiler etc. The studio is on the opposite side of the house, which is more quiet than the riverside (train and road in valley). Both apartments were very clean and tidy when we arrived, beds made and enough towels available in the bathrooms. One parking space per apartment available as well. Supermarket is close by, we walked there daily for fresh bread from the bakery inside the Rewe and the rest of our groceries. Has a large section of beers and sodas etc on the higher level, walk/drive around it to the lower part for the rest. Aldi and ATM there as well. Everything closed on sunday! Cochem city centre is no problem to walk if you are used to a little walk, it might be far for elderly people. The way back is mostly uphill.
