Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would have been nice if there was aircon or even just a fan in the room. Room very warm (yes it was the middle of summer)
Good value for money in the hot summer to have access to pools included. Reading some other reviews on this property, there is over the years a lot of negative feedback on hotel staff at reception. I stayed there for 4 days, and have to say reception staff was super friendly every time.

Bit walk around to thermal bath ,anyway good warm up 😎
Nice located hotel with acess to excelent, but not crowded thermal bads . Staff friendly and helpfull. We've got nice room with terasa straight to the guiet garden with nice trees, very quiet area . Breakfast was very good . Bad Düben is nice small city. We might return soon

Having no AC in a junior suite type of room (or simply any hotel room nowadays) for the price you pay is IMO unacceptable. It’s really uncomfortable staying in the room when it’s 30+ degrees outside. Would be also great to have at least one pool with cool water (all pools are heated, like a warm bath).
Great place to relax and refresh a couple of days. Friendly and highly professional staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Cosy, clean rooms. Wonderful time spent in the pool area, you can feel real relaxation indeed (especially early in the morning when there was no one there). The hotel left overall good impression and desire for coming back.

The only thing I was lacking a bit was a kettle and cups in the room.
If I could give 11 out of 10, I would do so. The room, the food, the exceptionally friendly staff, the pools and saunas, and the garden were perfect. The whole atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

When we booked the option of a family room using connecting doors was not made obvious. So we booked and extra room which was not needed and no refund was offered
Breakfast was excellent. We were travelling with young children and they were well catered for. Access to the spa from the hotel works well

Back ground/ chill out music was missing in restaurants and pool areas No wifi in pool area Too busy in the pool area, full of creaming kids due to school holidays The „bar“ was not a bar and closed at 21hrs, therefore nobody used the same
Rooms very clean and spacious Breakfast was amazing Sauna and Pools great If you are looking for pure relaxation and nothing else it’s a great place to be

vegan breakfast options are very limited but I understand that it a personal preference.
Soa is lovely and staff are friendly. We loved the ground floor patio, it was great with dogs.

It felt a bit aged and sometimes too crowded. A bit more choice in therm of food/restaurants would have been nice.
Overall pleasing ambiance, friendly staff and good value for money especially with included access to the spa and sports facilities

My only regret is that in all the years I have stayed at this hotel (more than 60 nights), the owner has changed, the staffs have also changed, and while many of the staff have been very friendly and helpful, only one middle-aged male staff member has been more than willing to provide more comfortable service to guests and stubbornly try to follow the hotel's own rules. I was very uncomfortable with this. One incident occurred when we arrived at the hotel around 11pm, the parking lot in front of the hotel was full. We told the staff that we needed to leave before 6:30am for a temporary parking space in front of the entrance, and asked them to let us park there. And this despite the fact that it was raining. I honestly felt displeased and wondered if this staff was not capable of responding flexibly.
I am accustomed to staying here many times, so I know how to use the facilities and am very comfortable.
