Great staff. The restaurant was closed for private event on the night we stayed there but we were informed of this in advance and they gave us a recommendation for another one not far away (we did not go to that one either in the end). The breakfast was good. They were accommodating regarding the dog, said we could also bring him into the breakfast room, and told us of a nice little forest near by where we could take the dog for a walk in the morning.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom would have been welcome.

The location was excellent as we were travelling from Germany to Holland with limited time.The hotel staff were very accommodating regarding the possibility of providing us with a late meal ,if necessary. Good food and good value for money.Early breakfast and check out facilities were most helpful.

I'd have preferred a secure wifi connection. (And coffee making facilities in the room, but you basically never get that in Germany.) Heidenau is small and the dining options are strictly limited. We weren't too bothered, but it's something to keep in mind if you're considering staying here.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was ample parking space. The breakfast was very decent. The staff were friendly and courteous.

We have nothing negative to say, in fact, we use this space to add that the breakfast is quite good, a lot of variety even for a gluten-free diet guest. Old-fashioned hospitality.

This was the second time we have stayd here driving between Delft (Netherlands) and Aalborg (Denmark). A family-run hotel 5 minutes from the highway in a quiet, green spot and friendly staff.

Only 3 kilometres off the highway and vey easy to find. Excellent reception and staff all throughout- just on the outskirts of Hamburg!

This hotel was a 5 minute journey from the motorway and perfect as a stopover, was very quiet. Staff very helpful and spoke good english. Room was huge and with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Evening restauarant served a mixed menu, steak was one of the best I had ever tasted. Breakfast was the usual continental and adeqaute. The village was very quiet

the only thing I could pick at is something my son said, “lovely hotel, but needs redecorating.” but then it would lose some of its character too, so come and have a look yourself and make up your own mind!

super location for our journey from Norway to Uk. in the countryside, but not far from the main road. super comfy beds. travelled with a dog and the room opened out onto a garden area. perfect. loved the breakfast. great ice cream!
