The hotel is located in the central part of Leipzig, close to the railway station. Very close to all tourist attractions, city hall, fairs. The room was standard double room, a sofa for the child was prepared with bedding. Clean, quite cosy. The staff is friendly. There is a free luggage storage, if you leave the city after 12.00, it is very convenient to leave your luggage and go for a walk. Highly recommended

There's nothing bad to say but for 2 will be difficult, bc only space 4 1 big bag. And the toilet could be seen from the bed.

Good 4 the propose. 25 m², for 1 person is ok. 2 and big luggage will be complicated. The breakfast is good and starts at 6:30 good if u day starts early. Lots of general options and local cheese too. Fresh coffee. 10 min to the zoo and the main center with the Christmas markets.

Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat when you layed on them. The room had peanuts from the last guest on the floor.

Only slight negative was the noise from.outside, but that's to be expected as its right outside the train station and roads. When the window was closed it was very quiet to be fair.

Location was great, beds were comfy, staff were great and the room was fine for our needs.

Just some minor things: some noise from the trams on the street of the hotel; a limited amount of water gets from the shower to the bathroom floor even with the shower door closed; the bathroom wall is made of glass so the light will also enter the rest of the room.

The room had a comfortable large bed, and a well working air conditioning, which was very welcome on a hot summer day. There is a kettle and mugs for coffea or tea in the room. The location is close to the train station, and therefore also just a short walk into the city center.

I went for breakfast after 10:00 AM and unfortunately, there were no more croissants :-( but that doesn't diminish the quality of breakfast. However, I waited, but no staff came to my table to ask me about what I would like to drink, since they serve the coffee at the table. Therefore, I had to call someone and request what I wanted to have. Similarly, I expected the breakfast staff to be attentive and friendly, but I don't remember any of them greeting me upon arrival, which certainly doesn't align with the hotel's guidelines. For this reason, the breakfast aspect receives a lower score in the evaluation.

The hotel is located well located, next to the train station and close to the center of the old town. The check-in process was very easy, they just asked for my signature. The reception staff were very friendly and the Hotel was also very clean. The room is very good, it was clean and organized, had towels, shampoo/liquid soap, hairdryer, kettle for heating water, and various types of teas. The TV was also smart and allowed me to mirror my cellphone screen, which is very useful for me. Breakfast offers a variety of foods, more than enough for me.

The wellness was not in order so some advertised facilities were not available and that should reflect on the price.

The hotel is just right next to the train station and close to the major tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was nice.

The slide door on the washroom don’t close. And check in time is a bit late for 3pm for those overnight guests that need to check out early to catch flight. Hotel should have a little consideration on this situation (s) thank you!

Proximity to central train/bus station & tram

The family room was located on the 7th floor, but the elevator only went to the 6th floor. As we had some heavier suitcases, it would have been nice to have the elevator to the top floor. We were able to manage and we were glad we were able tocarry the luggage up the flight of stairs.

The rooms were great for what we needed and spacious enough.

Unfortunately, the elevator didn't go all the way up to our floor. However, it was only one flight of stairs to the family rooms.

It was very clean. Location was very convenient. The family room was spacious and had a door separating the sleeping areas.
