There are only two main elevators, and one of them was out of order, making the other one almost impossible to use during rush hours.

The room was clean, and the staff was really helpful. Breakfast was also good but a bit pricey. The location is amazing and has a parking slot!

Air condition is somehow difficult to handle, room temperature can get too warm if off, or chilly if on. Bathroom is almost too warm.

Great location inside the historical center, near the subway in less than 5 minutes (2 different stations), just 2 stations from Hbf and walkable distance anywhere in the Altstadt. Friendly staff, clean and very spacious room with armchair, extra desk, fridge etc.

Some of the staff in the reception weren't very polite and had an attitude. However, most were very welcome and helpful.

Great hotel, absolutely worth the money. The breakfast, even though it's quite expensive, it's great. Also, they gave us a free upgraded room.

The hotel bar for drinks and snacks in the evenings was very crowded and we found the bartenders to be unfriendly. Navigating the parking garage was also SUPER tight.

The breakfast is fantastic, definitely recommend adding to purchase. The rooms were spacious, clean and updated. I thought the location by the "red light district" was actually interesting and added to its charm, and it was a great location for the Christmas market!

Everything was fine, there was nothing to complain about.

We just stayed for one night with two kids. The location is ideal for a city trip since the city center is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the room quiet and clean. There is a parking garage next to the hotel.

Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms for 1 night. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and there is a mini fridge with coffee supplies in the room. A vending machine was also available. The hotel is within walking distance from the old town. Plenty of parking space at an extra cost.

The restaurant appeared shut at lunchtime. I asked about lunch at reception and the restaurant was opened however this left me feeling awkward. Reception couldn't sell me the amount of stamps I needed for postcards. I was directed to the post office which would only sell me a book of 10 stamps. It would have been better if reception held a larger supply of stamps.

The shower was brilliant and it was great to have a fridge in the room.

Very slow internet, if you travel for work it is better to use a SIM card with internet.

This was our first time staying at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are comfortable and cozy and it was very clean and quiet during our stay. There was also free coffee, tea and water in the room. The hotel staff is very friendly, they helped with all questions, and allowed us to leave our luggage for free. The Old Town can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. We will be happy to stay again!

Super slow internet connection. When I asked at the reception for that, they told me it's a long-term issue. Wi-Fi Network is old-style and overloads when is a hotel full.

The price was a bit steep for the one room we got and after the whole day of driving with two small kids in tow we did not find the joke with the smoking room funny at all.

We used this as a stop over during a long drive. We have two little kids and this place worked out fine. We really liked the spacious room that just about fited all four of us, the good breakfast and the fact that there was a parking option, even for cars with a roof box. We also liked the service minded, fully English speaking staff and how quickly they resolved our problems. First, the kids did not show up at their end of the reservation platform, then they gave us a room where someone just had a cigarette. Both were solved immediately.
