Sorry to say the gorgeous room was not well cleaned. One of the drawers had what seemed to be chocolate in it, the floor had stuff on it (discovered when I stepped on it), and the toilet was not completely clean. Suggest providing slippers since the wooden floor is a bit rough and the bathroom tiles are really cold in the winter.

The staff was my highlight honestly! Most amazing people, ready to help and give suggestions on local places to visit. They also offered extra blankets because it was cold. Both room service and reception staff are exceptional! They also had a free coffee and tea station which is a nice bonus!

It was further out than I had imagined (my planning, no fault of the hotel) and it didn’t have a reception open into the late evening which meant we couldn’t leave our bags on the last day (they very helpfully provided assistance with their sister hotel)

Noting really. This hotel is relatively small, and has slightly less services than the big chains: reception desk closes in the evening, breakfast is in a nearby cafe, etc. But I actually think this is a positive.

The location of the hotel is great. In a gentrified area of Berlin full of restaurants, not in the central area with all the big new modern buildings, but still very close to all the main sites. The hotel put us in one of their apartments, which has a ton of space, including a small kitchen.

Reception closed at 20.00 and 25:00 on Sunday. Entrance was then with room key through two outside doors. This was worrying. Reception staff were friendly but they did not have much of a clue about advice on city transport etc. They were unable to print off an underground map for me. I doubt if they would be much use in an emergency. No breakfast but we found a great local cafe.

Breakfast wasn't available at the hotel but only in a nearby location. It makes sense because the hotel is relatively small but I would have liked to have breakfast there. I also missed the fridge in the room, during summer it would be helpful.

The hotel is very nice, location is relatively easy to reach using public transportation. The check-in was fast and effective, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the bathroom, clean and practical.

The curtains were quite thin and the room was bright around 5:00 am. Would be nice if there were additional shutters or black out curtains available. The floors are also very creaky and you can hear other guests in hallways, beside and above you. Would suggest guests bring an eye mask and ear plugs.

The hotel is beautifully designed and in a relatively quiet location. The single room I booked was very nicely appointed and had a comfortable bed. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in I received the wrong room key, like the team didn't know I was meant to arrive on that day. I ended up opening another guest's room and having a really awkward moment with the male staying there.

The room was clean and tidy. Asides from the noise coming from the wooden floors, the rooms were fairly quiet. It was a very cozy and welcoming ambiance.

The place fit everything I need, but might not be perfect for everyone: If you need a big TV, a fridge a coffee maker or water boiler in your room, this is not the place for you.

I loved the style of the place, kitchy but fun, and unique. There are so many bland hotels in this world, this one is a surprise for the eyes. The place is clean, well kept, with a lot of attention to detail. It has a beautiful back yard to lounge in. The windows are well isolated, so no noise from the street. The location is fine and feels safe. There are lots of restaurants near by.

I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast in advance, it is not provided by hotel but by the restaurant downstairs its expensive, with few options and service was slow, much better options provided by local cafe's nearby.

Lovely rooms with a lot of character in a quiet street with lots of good quality bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful.
