Everything was great - the only slight discomfort for me was the bed mattress was a bit soft (I personally prefer a firm mattress!)

The hotel location is good almost in middle of automotive business area. It is just a few mins walk from P+R, there are few restaurants outside. The hotel itself is good for short business stay. The hotel staff is very polite, the hotel serves a nice breakfast buffet in basement. I arrived late but the instructions to get the room keys were very clear and straightforward.

The breakfast was great! I am on a gluten-free diet and every morning the hotel staff brought me fresh gluten-free rolls from a nearby bakery. The room was clean and the area quiet and pleasant.

Andrea at breakfast was the best breakfast host. There was nothing she would not have done to make our breakfast perfect. And it was, perfect. Wifi , parking all good as well.

Very friendly reception and made to feel very welcome. Very good breakfast. Room was standard and although small it was fine for one night. Room was road side but air conditioning allowed us to keep window closed (quiet during night but busier road in the morning).

Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is a couple of miles from the centre of Speyer. We used our car to get to the centre, although car parking was sometimes difficult to find.

A very clean hotel with an excellent choice of food at breakfast. Good air conditioning available, which we needed because f the exceptionally warm weather. Tea/coffee making facilities in each bedroom were particularly welcome.

Bit of a noisy area but only noticeable with the windows open and the hotel provides ear plugs.

Very friendly and helpful staff, plus the ability to print important documents was very useful. Also, Alessandra kindly took care of some concert tickets we had to leave for our friends to collect when they were delayed. We were also given very good advice on how early we would need to leave on what should have been a short drive to the Hockenheimring for the concert. Thank you.

Ideal location for getting to the tech.museums. Owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Parking for the car was not a problem at all. Definitely can recommend.

A minor thing: the shower head didn't function properly, so the water jet was quite small. For the rest everything was fine.

The staff is very friendly, the room was well maintained and clean, breakfast was good, parking on the premises. Half an hour walk or short drive to the center of the town.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I felt really welcome, and everything was just perfect. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There is a very nice garden at the back, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. They even welcome you with kind notes and cake. I would really recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again.

There was a problem with running water in the toilet, but the staff responded very quickly with helpful answers and it was fixed immediately. 👍

Location of the annex is closer to city center than the reception. This was a surprise to us upon arrival, but in the end turned out better for getting around Speyer.

The hotel and appartment are located next to a busy street. Traffic noise was somewhat intrusive.

We had the appartment opposite the hotel. Appartement was very spacious and adequately furnished. Modern and clean. Location close to the city center and within walking distance of supermarkets.
