the room had a view to back alley, interchangeable to dumpster. Bed was terrible, old, with a crater in the middle from the thousands of previous guests. The room itself looked 20 years old.

The breakfast was great, the same goes for Wifi connection and Staff.

    Nichts!!!!

Good and comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Nice place and so nice parking. Lovely staff. Been here before and we´ll be back. Right in the middle to shopping and the "brown" places at the harbour.... Nice breakfast - not too much and not too small, but what we need and a good price.

Not the best views from windows (either facing a road with a lot of traffic or into a wall of another building), but minor issue in Regard to value for money, nice staff etc.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, borh at the reception and breakfast area. Makes all the difference. Great value for money. Good location, 1 min walk to centre.

The view from the window wasn't very inspiring, but the location of the hotel makes up for this disadvantage.

This is a rather cosy - albeit somewhat old-fashioned - hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good.

The initial finding of the hotel if walking from station. It is through a passage way off precinct. Once found no problem

Once found hotel having walked about a mile from railway station everything else was fine. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Nice that tea and coffee available on arrival. Flensburg surprised me . Nice architecture, port, and pedestrianised shopping centre.

Reception staff was not overwhelmingly friendly, but it was not a major issue. The room interior was dated (except for the armchair which was very nice). A bit of noise from the nearby parking house.

Good, well organized and appealingly displayed breakfast, and nice staff at breakfast. Comfortable bed in the room. Wifi worked well. The hotel is close to mall, other shopping facilities and restaurants. Complimentary afternoon coffee with cake was excellent.

I lived there Before, so I know that it is a very good hotel. Its good to park the car just outside the door. You can not stay more in center of Flensburg, than Flensburger hof. I forgot a very special bottle at the hotel, now the staff try to help me, to send it by post. Excellent and friendly! The price of breakfast is nowadays 12-20 Euro, at FLB Hof I payed 7.50 Euro, and the breakfast was great.

The wifi period could be extended to a whole day instead of 8 hours per voucher. But you can get plenty of those, so the only hassle is to log in again.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the Centre and close to public transport. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room are big, comfy and clean. The breakfast is very good and staff makes sure everything is attended to.

When I was checking out a staff member asked me if I knew it was non-smoking in the hotel stating that there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor where our room was situated. This implied that I had been smoking. I have never smoked and I am in fact anti-smoking, so this irked me and it left a bad impression.

Staff in first night were pleasant and welcoming.
