No English TV Channels, and no Air-conditioning - which could be very useful in hot summer weather.

Pretty much everything. The hotel has a very nice ambience, great breakfast, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again.

We got a very old room/bathroom with very heavy wooden beds pushed together with 1 night stand. The receptionist was kind but not very well trained to handle guests with a dog

    The location was good

Old fashioned but comfortable hotel. Fabulous breakfast, with a wide selection of food including home made chutney, rhubarb compot, loose leaf high quality tea, etc.

Awesome breakfast spread! Quite little river town with some good restaurants. Be sure to utilize the courtyard for evening cocktails or breakfast in the morning.

Wi fi was a bit tricky. We would love to have tea making facilities in the room

The hotel had great atmosphere. It was in a traditional style but updated. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. Pre Paid parking made the stay there easy

I thought it was expensive for what it was. We came in one night at 9pm and went to the bar and asked for a coffee and was told as she was standing there talking to someone having a beer that the bar was closed. How hard would it have been to make me a cuppa?

The location is excellent, the breakfast staff were really lovely, the bed was so comfortable.

We know this is normal in Austria, but it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room. No facilities though.

Lovely helpful staff. Big rooms with beautiful wooden floors. In the centre of Wasserburg. Complimentary bottle of water provided.

The hotel is connected to several shops by a few narrow alleyways. There is free parking available after 6pm near the hotel behind a small church. Many types of restaurants are available by foot. The building itself is beautifully detailed and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread ranges from sweet to savory options.

Wi-Fi still disconected and connect always required credentials. I really looked forward to breakfest, they said me that it is briliant...and it was,on tables were roses and everyone got glass of sparkling wine,i got nothing and they sat me down on bar like some stranger. Very disappointed

This will only affect a small proportion of people but if you have a bicycle and plan on leaving in the morning before anyone is on the front desk, be aware that the hotel is completely unattended and your bike will be locked in a room that you can't access until someone shows up at 7am. Not good when Iw wanted to leave at 5am. Oops

Wifi keeps kicking you out. Mosquito nets over the windows would be a big plus. Room was hot as it was a very hot August 33+. So need to open windows to sleep and although not bitten a mosquito did get in. So keeping them out would help.

Great location, super breakfast, friendly staff and hotel has been nicely refurbished - enjoyed stay.
