The hallways have this laminate flooring which I suspect contributes to any and all noises travelling through the whole floor. Every morning I was woken up by people closing their room doors. The hallways and the rooms also feel very bland, it could do with some art/decoration on the walls (this would possibly also help reduce the noise). The bed was also not very comfortable, and I feel 1 pillow is not enough. Though I stayed in one of the economy options, the bathroom had a shower curtain which in my opinion does not make for the best experience or aesthetic.

The location is great, and it is nice that it offers parking. The breakfast at the restaurant was quite decent as well.

Internet was very bad for us being on the 4th floor. There is no refrigerator in the room and when we asked on reception to put our small thing to freezer it was not accomplished.

Good quality hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. There are some additional facilities to be used for the guests.

The breakfast is overpriced at almost 20 euros per person. Only cheese and margarine with bread were there for the vegan options (+ fruit and jams). The sauna didnt have a water dispenser and we had to ask to get robes and slippers as they are not provided automatically. The light in the bathroom of the sauna was not functioning, and when we complained about that sauna area being flooded, the staff came and looked at it but no one did anything about it.

The pool and sauna area was nice and relaxing to sit in. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is walking distance from the town centre. The games area and bierstube was very nice, and we played scrabble a few times in the games area.

The keycard stopped working every few days so I had to get it replaced constantly, which was frustrating.

The basement car park was too low for our van so we had to park outside on the street.

We had to leave before the usual breakfast time but the hotel made us a packed meal to take with us. The bar was very well stocked and had friendly staff. Good value for a short notice booking.

Bar was closed. i have stayed here before and the bar and beer garden were nice to come back to for a relaxing drink but not open so had nothing or any where to unwind.

Late check in. The pool was great to cool down in on a very hot day (37C). Big family room. Fantastic breakfast. Really good selection of food. Enjoyed the smoked salmon and eggs.

Air conditioner with not powerful enough. Not even a vending machine in the hotel! Nowhere to get cold water, no where to get ice, no access to any comfort. Television did not work.

Top breakfast, clean breakfast restaurant. Food tasted good and had enough variety for most tastes. A real pre-conference time Saver that gives you a good way to start the day.

Such a big hotel and at such a central location, but still restaurant not operational. Doesn't give a feel impression to travellers, who arrive little late. Breakfast was also too basic.
