The bathroom smell bad, smelled like sewage, and I didn't like it had bathtub, I'd prefer a shower tray. The curtains in the room were really old, they had almost no color left and were very rotten...

O breakfast was fine, had everything I could ask and the staff was very helpful. Location was good in front of the rail-station and close to the city center.

The hotel was just opposite central station and next to flix bus station, which is so convenient for us who travel between train and bus. The staffs are very helpful and nice. sincerely appreciate for the room arrangement as requested, complimentary minibars & welcome drinks. Not to mention about the awesome breakfast, with plenty of choices. We really enjoyed our stay here. 👍👍

I probably wouldn’t stay in this area if I wanted to visit Frankfurt. Was good for overnight stay for train connections.

Very close and easy to find from Frankfurt Main. We need to catch a very early train in the morning and it was directly opposite train station. They also have a bar fridge with complimentary drinks and a Prosecco on arrival. Breakfast also looked good and they let us grab a little as it was before 6am.

Room was very hot and besides we had a backside room and opened the window whole night it did not get colder. The rooms have no air condition und the bed was old and mattress very hard and worn out.

Welcome Drink, included mini bar and breakfast were good, also the staff were very friendly Room and bathroom was clean. Rain shower in bathroom.

Walls are very thin (I could hear conversations from the rooms next door) and during nighttime we would opt for Uber rides because area wasn't very "friendly" (at least we are not used to that environment).

The hotel was easy to find right across from the Frankfurt am Main train station. The street was not "ideal", but it was close to coffee bar, places to eat, as well as walking distance to other hotels. We walked to the "New Old Town" (about a 20-25 minute walk) and breakfast was buffet style and delicious! Room size was comfortable and spacious enough for my husband and I (plus our luggage).

We read reviews about this property and were a bit hesitant. When we arrived we found it an easy walk from the train station. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and found the room spacious, very quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent and everything you would need for breakfast. Would recommend.

How Shower runs weak, doesn’t have amenity such as toothbrush/night lobes. It didn’t bother us since i usually carry on our own.

The staff who worked on February 24th were very friendly and serves an outstanding customer service. I enjoyed the little chat with them while I was waiting at lobby. Also the location was amazing. Free-coffee/snack & mini bars at room were amazing. Overall with that price range and experiencing I had with them were absolutely satisfied.

There was a big stain on my headboard which didn’t look very nice but didn’t cause any problem. The room was really cold at night and the duvet was thin with no radiator or air con controls to adjust it.

The staff were excellent, really friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the free glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Close to HBF close to S-Bahn to the airport 5 min walk . Nice hotel with refurbished room. I only slept there for 6 hours as had an air morning flight but would highly recommend. Friendly receptionist
