Staff, Location, Beds V Comfortable. Bedding v soft and comfortable

We had a south facing room so the room was getting a bit hot during the day. Luckily we stayed in April, so there was a breeze in the evening.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast and free bikes to rent. Multiple nice restaurants/cafes/bars in the neighborhood.

Didn't like been charged service charge in the bar when I was a guest in the hotel. Also the rationing of fresh orange at breakfast, never experienced this in any other hotel.

Beware, restaurant closes at 10pm. Moreover, only some staff members speak English.

We liked the location with respect to the Deutsches Museum and the city center. Moreover, there is very little traffic in that area, so it is a very good location to walk around during a quick visit to the city. And good food in the restaurant of the hotel.

The room was great and I loved the music-themed vibe of the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly which made it easier for me. The location is good, it's not in the city centre but you can make it there in less than half an hour walking or taking the tube which is just 5 min walking away.

Flooding shower, no privacy in the shower, heating too high in the whole structure, it was just too warm everywhere

They said the minibar was free of charge but it was for the first day, in fact there were two bottles of water and an apple cider, and no refill. No need to talk about something that little which will not make the customer happy.

Breakfast is above avarage for this type of hotel, everybody was friendly and polite. The hotel, location, staff are very good. Also one night we sit by the smokeless fire pit outside, which was a good surprise. The bar, which is the breakfast spot in the mornings was live and full of people at some nights, which is a thing you can not find easily in Munich.

When we called and requested help with a taxi from the airport to the establishment, the staff didn’t provide us with any help, something that i found extremely strange. The bathroom was a cabin in the room and when u were having a bath water was leaking all over the room’s floor. When requesting for coffee from the bar, it was not available at early afternoon every day ( we still haven’t figured out when we could order coffee). Lastly, what i didn’t like most was that every time u requested help from the front desk the answer of the personnel was constantly “No”.

The property was located close to center and 5 min walk to the metro station. Some of the staff was really nice and very polite.

Of 4 nights there we couldn’t eat in restaurant as privately booked or closed No beer or water in mini bar as advertised Room was soooooo hot but it was lovely and we had windows open all the time

The shower, the rooms could have had more music themed pictures etc, and the bar was used for private functions rather than for hotel guests which was not good! Although the staff were very helpful when we complained.

Each day we had to ask for water despite advertising that it gets allocated each day. It was disappointing that the hotel bar was out of bounds due to private parties on each night. This meant that we couldn't enjoy drinks with our friends after returning back to our hotel for a night cap. We didn't like the shower in the room. It was not in a separate bathroom but as part of the room. It didn't provide privacy and leaked. Also, the hotel was excessively hot. This mean that we had to sleep with the window open which meant that it was noisy particularly because of the private parties taking place.

Great location and very clean. We loved the quirkiness of the hotel with the record players.

It was quite cold and had to ask for the heating to be turned up which apparently was not really an option. They did give me a radiator to have in my room which solved the problem. Restaurant has really good food but it was closed on Sunday which was really inconvenient during a snow storm when everything else was closed and food delivery was a tough option Breakfast is quite basic and it was hard to communicate with the staff that could only speak german.

The property has a very unique feel given the music theme, having a record player in each room definitely makes it special. I really loved the portable speaker in the room that I could connect my phone to and listen to my music as well. Sound was not great for the record player but the portable speaker was really good. The restaurant has amazing food

Shower in the room is uncomfortable unless traveling with spouse. The weather was bad when we left and no taxis were unavailable and it was a slippery,cold walk to the nearest underground. Probably 10 minutes on a sunny day but more like 20 in the snow, dragging your luggage. No one clears the sidewalks even the hotel so we were ankle deep in snow once you stepped off the front stairs. It was not a pleasant walk. Staff couldn’t help - not their fault- no one showed to work and she wasn’t sure what to advise us. Once we made it to the underground, signs were confusing and we weren’t sure where to go.

Nice place, great decor, lounge/ bar was very nice. Accommodating us when we arrived right before the kitchen closed.

The room was cold, but the staff provided us with an extra heater. Design of the shower in the room didn’t work for our teenagers sharing - curtain needed to draw across whole room for privacy.

Our shower changed from hot to cold and to hot again all the time. We also asked for a baby crib prior to arriving via messages on booking, it was said to us that there will be a baby crib in the room. When we arrived, there wasn't. After we asked for it again, it was told us that it would cost 20€ a night. This was not mentioned before. We agreed, we got it. At the checkout we paid 25€ a night for the crib...

The hotel is nicely done, the rooms were clean and the beds nice and big. Breakfast was also quite good, not super big choice but everything of good quality. The location was also good, 15 minutes walk - and you're in the city centre.
