Arriving on a late train, it was very hard to find a taxi to take me from the station to the hotel. Everyone I spoke to, including the receptionist, said it was too far to walk, but as it turned out it only took 20 minutes.

Fantastic location: right on the lake and adjacent to the quay from which the boats leave. In good weather, breakfast is on the terrace overlooking the water.

The first room offered was right under the roof and water was leaking in through the roof windows - hotel staff exchanged the room upon request. However the room was spacious with quite big seating area. The beds were not very comfortable.

Location - hotel was the closest one to the port on the lake. Historic railway station was just few meters from the entrance. The second room (after change) was nice, clean, with comfortable beds and seating area.

The entry for the hotel is very misleading as the picture they show is actually the restaurant, and the hotel is the rather drab building beside it, one side of which looks out over the car park and the other onto the railway line of the little train that runs to Prien, with only one or two rooms at the end with a balcony and not even sure if they had a view of the lake. We cut short our stay and moved on.

Close to the lake and good restaurant

It was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom and our room although quiet, wasn't very light.

The location was fabulous and the breakfast was good. Our room was quiet.

NOT KNOWING THEY OFFERED DISCOUNTS UNTIL WE WERE DONE WITH OUR TOURS A LIST OF THE RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA AND CRITIQUES OR PRICE RANGES WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE

Hotel is 2 kilomwters from town and train station, wish a free shuttle would have been available, I was told to walk or take a taxi 😕

Wonderful hotel and location! Breakfast was included and was super. Extremely clean and extras, like shampoo included 😊

Their garden areas need a bit of care and attention.

Fantastic lakefront location with easy access to lake ferries, cute little local train, restaurants and walkways.

Very loud hotel with big emergency exits bring shut very loudly at night. Loud drunk people passing very close to Windows. Also you have a ongoing flushing noise going through very thin walls. Breakfast location is nice but we had a lot of wasps and breakfast is airplane like. Value for money is bad. Rooms are not comfortable and due to loud surroundings and thin walls we would not recommend staying here if you want to get some rest.

Superb location in centre of Prien with ferry very close. However, at the same time very noisy due to people passing hotel and tourist train right next to hotel

No coffee maker or mini refrigerator in the room. No line in bathroom to hang up wet clothing such as bathing suits.

Location at the harbor. Clean and good sized room. Ceiling fan which we appreciated during the recent heat wave. Outdoor breakfast area and chairs by the water were very nice.

Almost everything. The lady at the reception was very kind but that's more or less it.

Not much really. All nearby hotels were full, so we had no choice.

Had a beautiful view of the Herreninsel, it was an amazing location with a great breakfast spread and located right by the promenade.
