It was hard to find a charging point for my phone in our room, and there were no blackout curtains.

Very good location with car parking opposite. Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Modern well equipped en suite. Very good soundproofing and did not hear road traffic. Good Buffett breakfast. Easy walking distance into Centre of Trier.

A little walk across the bridge into the old town. Quiet rooms generally. Good breakfast but don't go too late as things run out quickly.

The rooms on the pictures are not representative for the actual rooms (at least ours). We were at the top floor and halve of the room was taking up by the slanted roof. In a big part of the room we could not stand. Additionally the shower on the website was nice and big but in our room could hardly fit one let alone two people. You had to be careful to not bump your head while showering. The room in general felt much smaller than on the pictures. The breakfast was good but had a limited selection (some different types of buns, yoghurt, some things to but on there, and fruits). The breakfast hall did have a nice view of the city.

The room is modern and clean. The location of the hotel is close to the city center but also allows you to easily reach it by car. The staff was also friendly.

The room felt outdated. Floor creaked significantly in all parts of the room. Men drunkenly partying outside along the river until 4am.

The parking location was very efficient but I had to go inside multiple times to receive and return the key. They didn’t tell us there was a drop box for keys by the parking lot exit.

Room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The coffee and breakfast room was very nice and the staff was very helpful with parking.

Good location, only short walk across the bridge to city centre; very nice view onto the river, excellent breakfast buffet with high quality bread and not to forget, fabulous coffee, unlimited during the whole day and free of extra charge

There is no fridge and airco in the room. There was some confusion regarding the room service when opting for the "green" package. This means you will not get new towels but also no room cleaning service. Instead few euros will be deposited for a good cause.

Location is next to the river and bridge which is nice. The river and city view are a plus. The breakfast room is a nice airco-ed place with unlimited coffee and nice outside balcony/terrace overviewing the river.

This was a super comfortable, large bedroom with big bathroom, excellent shower. A last minute booking. The young man on reception made it easy for us to park despite arriving early. Also very knowledgeable about this special city.

Parking was full, parking one of our reasons for selecting this hotel. We parked in the street not too far away. Longer walk to the old town than we judged. The rain probably made it feel longer.

The bus stop was kind of far away, but they’re making a new one right next to the hotel so that’s going to be good:)

The room was clean, the AC worked perfectl (i was so happy about this), the breakfast was alright and had a super nice view to the river!

The room was good, but during the very hot weather it was slightly to warm, and the sleep was affected by that. The morning sun hit the windows straight on. Had it been cooler outside it would have been an asset. There were no cooling system. The breakfast was really good, and the nearby guarded parking place was a big plus.

There was a little bit cold when I opened the room, but it was quickly warming up.

The location is simply amazing. The windows opened to the river, this is why I choose this hotel. Also good value for money.
